Fantastic service and delivered in good time too and saved me some money as they was out of stock and when they came back in stock they was reduced in price so I was even more pleased for that as I would of paid the full price had they been in stock only a week earlier.
DO NOT order from this company! I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks which arrived promptly but were sadly delivered in the wrong size. Got in touch with Customer Services who also replied promptly asking for evidence showing the box and shoes which I sent back straight away. I was then asked to post the shoes back (at their cost) but I would only receive a refund (the size of the shoes I actually ordered seemed out of stock now - a fact that Customer Services neither denied or confirmed though) once the shoes arrived back in their warehouse (plus 5 days processing time). This is not okay and in fact illegal. I had a contract with Offcuts Shoes for an item which they did not deliver to me. They sent me a wrong item and of course I'm happy to return this but they're not in a legal position to withhold my refund (for the item for which I actually have a contract with them) until the shoes arrive back with them (plus 5 days). I don't see why I should be out of pocket for weeks for this businesses mistakes, so I will now be taking this up with my bank as I don't believe businesses should get away with shoddy business practices like this. I order a pair of shoes, they're not in stock = money back, easy peasy!
Office Offcuts have dreadful customer services. Before buying the shoes, make sure they are a brand you know fit you well so before you buy them you will know that you won't need to return them. Do not buy Office offcuts own brand because the sizes are not correct. Office offcuts own brand shoes are cheap and nasty, and avoid at all costs. If the shoes don't fit, then customer services will make you pay £3.99 delivery fee, a further £2.50 yodel returns, and then they will make up a fake reason for keeping the shoes without giving a refund. I have been shopping with them for many years because their prices of their shoes are so good, but buyer beware, only order if you know you will be keeping the shoes, make sure you pay by Paypal, and DON'T even attempt to contact customer services because I can't even begin to describe how appalling their customer services are. The staff should be ashamed to even admit they work there.
Can't fault the service I received with my order. Saved approx £40 (30%) of RRP, and the Birkenstocks I received were absolutely immaculate. Order to delivery was about 3 days, which I expected with not paying for fast delivery, and I was kept informed of progress the whole time. Will definitely be using Offcuts again.
Delivery photo shows my parcel being delivered to a different house, and which I can prove isn't my house - contacted the courier who could not confirm address it was delivered to and advised to contact the sender to investigate and their response was to file a chargeback on my card and to tell me that they would not be replying to any further emails. Disgraceful customer service. I will never be shopping here again.
Order no 242875 Is owed a £9 refund but Anna at OFFCUTS is refusing to refund the £9 to the original card the order was placed from, or indeed at all.I shouldn’t even have to ask for a refund. It should be automatic when you don’t fulfil the order. A professional company would do this automatically and would not wait for a request for a refund or make excuses.
Truly awful customer service and level of trust between the buyer and seller.They basically make you go through hoops to try and obtain an outcome, however they’re very dismissive and abrupt when speaking to you.I’d avoid using this place again in the future
Absolutely over the moon with my purchase. This has been an absolute steal, shoes are amazing, fits perfectly and looks stunning. O have got these for an absolute bargain and I couldn't be happier. I have been looking for a good pair of boots and when I saw this advertised on offcuts, o just had to rush to get them. This is money well spent and I'll be sure to be back again to check out some other bargains. Happy days.
