Why process my order in the 1st place if you have no stock.Stay well clear of these scammers😡just waiting on a refund so I can purchase elsewhere..Nonsensical reply below,the trainers were still showing as in stock 2 days later size 9.5.as I said scammers 😡
Kerry is an asset to Offspring and Office, she has done everything she can to help me when placing an order or when I have had to make a return, her bosses should be immensely proud of her, as there are many online retailers selling similar products but not many retailers who can boast about having such a fantastic employee.
This is the worst costumer service i have ever seen ! .. no phone nj.ber to get in touch .. e mail service is pure bellend .. the collect plus return label is lie .. absolute crap ! Never ever use this again ! I reather pay 10-20 more and get is sorted by bi ones like jd or asylum ! Loosers!
Excellent experience, I had doubt in the website due to some of the reviews, how ever I ordered a pair of Nike airforce 1 lv8 emb and they came within 2/3 days, there was a problem with the lace on the shoe and was nicked, I emailed offspring about this and had a reply within an hour saying they will give full refund and returns label, they sent me a new pair of shoes then also which were perfect, so seems like a organised website to me
Tried to purchase sneakers last night.Could not get through payment screen, after typing all my details+bank acc details, tried 3 times.Going through previous reviews can see I could expect charges on my bank acc?Not good.Edit:Customer service was very efficient and helpful, hope everything will be sorted. I have not been charged multiple times by the bank.I am expecting an order to arrive soon.Edit 2:Sneakers arrived on time.Great customer service.
Great company. Ordered a pair of Nike Space Hippies and they were too big. There were only a couple pairs left so I ordered before exchanging and returning the original pair. Refund and return of original pair was quick and efficient and delivery times were also fast.
