Ordered nmd tri color on the 26/12/16. My order got cancelled without any proper reasons. Called customer service and said that card details mismatched. What an excuse! I used the exact same card and managed to get it from footlocker and adidas on the exact same day. Shame on offspring for overselling their nmds and not able to produce it. Never ever buying big releases from them ever again.
I placed an order on friday 16/12/2016 with offspring they took payment instantly got an email saying order recieved and being proccesed and then no further emails contacted the company who said we are sorry your order has been canceled as your details did not match those on file with your bank ,so i contacted my bank who assured me the transaction went through 100 percent and the money had been taken by offspring UK on Friday morning . i contacted offspring again who say the security company responsible for cancelling my order dont disclose to them why the order was cancelled ..im thinking (what) is this a joke how on earth do i know where or what went wrong with the transaction then ? anyway long story short they say they are not responsible for the refund on my account and it is my bank who are responsible even though my bank have provided evidence to suggest otherwise and authorization codes also. how on gods earth do the investors / owners/ directors of this company see all of the problems customers are having with this place and have a score of 4.4 out of 10 on trust pilot and not take action is beyond me soon it might be too late to save a business that gets a reputation like this ... horrendous experience and never ever again will i use the site stick to size UK in future i will add that the girl who answered my call in the customer service department was actually quite nice but offered not much assistance with my position .
Like many others I was a little apprehensive with the general ratings and comments on here about Offspring.co.uk. However, I placed my order online last Wednesday and the trainers duly arrived (in perfect condition) by Sunday, with free delivery. To be fair they delivered ahead of time, so can't fault them.
Ordered two pair of shoes. Neither of them got delivered, emailed customer service after a week asking for an update and wondering where my hoes are. They replied back on 30TH OF AUGUST stating there going to chase the courier. TWO AND A HALF MONTHS LATER STILL NO UPDATE !!Worst service possible STICK TO JD AND FOOTLOCKER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I read some of the reviews on here so was a bit apprehensive about ordering. However, the trainers I wanted were on offer with a whopping £40 off compared to the Nike shop so I thought it worth the risk as they are a current model. The offer did seem a little too good to be true to be honest but I ordered at around 4pm and they arrived by 8.15am the following morning. I did pay extra for next day delivery (£1.50 more than the 5-7 day service) but after reading some reviews thought it was worth the extra so I knew whether I was likely to receive my order or not. I received mails and texts from both Offspring and Parcelforce to say the order was dispatched and then again giving me the time of delivery (1 hour window). So to conclude, one happy customer here. Couldn't have been a better service. Thank you Offspring!!
4 weeks ago I ordrered a pair of shoes.received them within a week. So far all was good.unfortunatelly they didnt fit me, so I had to return them to get another pair. This is now almost 4 weeks ago. Since then a haven't heard anything from them. No Email telling me that my order is out of stock. No money back. And certainly no shoes. What is going on? Seriously? Is this a way to conduct business? I dont think so.Deeply disappointed customer.
