Review Time
I had to say I freaked out a bit when I read all the bad reviews here after I purchased a pair of Puma sneakers (Blaze of Glory Marble, for 60€ instead of like 120) on Offspring. So I immediately sent them an email to make sure they actually had my pair in stock as my credit card had been charged and they answered fast telling me they did.I ordered my Puma sneakers on the 23rd of September, got an email 3 days later confirming my order was dispatched and I eventually got delivered on the 29th (from the UK to Germany so quite a fast delivery). The shoe box was damaged although the parcel was perfectly OK... but nevermind, shoes were new, clean and filled my heart with joy.
After searching various websites for a certain pair of trainers in a size 9 I couldn't find them anywhere.I actually came across Offsprings website and had a look on it for the trainers I wanted.They had them and in a size 9 and for only £40.From ordering them, receiving confirmation emails and tracking from yodel ....and customer service correspondence in general.I have found Offspring a pleasure to have done business with and I will be ordering with them again.
nike air jordan 1 banned 2016 ordered... went through, after 5 days no shoes... on their site apparently ive got no orders... on my bank it says pending... ive had pleasant transactions before... but now i think things have changed. im giving them a 3 star today. but will no longer rely on offspring for important orders like EC1v9bpGb... congratulations on your 20th Anniversary... take my 3 stars. it was an unpleasant transaction this time. i know you are going to apologise so i accept your apology, anything coming in the post will also be happily accepted.
Ordered a few times already from Offspring since I first saw their shop in Selfridges. They always have loads of shoes, and when the sale is on you can find some really good prices. So far I bought a pair of AF1 £40, AJs £80, Air Trainers (Victor Cruz) £55 and a pair of Cortez for my girlfriend £30. I think I need to stop buying shoes at some point :)
I had to text their customer service to know that my shoes wasnt available! Ive tried this before, always with the excuse that the product is out of stuck. Then update the damn page, so people dosent order things that isnt available... Thats so bad service! You have so many bad comments in here with the same damn problem... Get it solved man!!And when can I expect my refund? Just check your warehouse before you accept the payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
