Order number W60346192 . Ordered on Sunday and paid fr next day delivery. Emailed them when I hadn't received anything and they told me it was cancelled because details didn't match. Ross then proceeded to arrogantly tell me to check my details. Offspring cancelled my order, took my money however did not have the capacity to call and advise?? This was also a birthday present for my daughter's 16th -- very unhappy
This is not my first purchase on this site. I like it very much, this is one my favorite sneakers store. I often order from France but this is the first time I had to pay customs tax after the store send my purchase to the carrier Chronopost / DPD. Between VAT & customs clearance tax I had to pay 20% of my purhase’s price. That’s why I’ll unfortunately have to order my sneakers elsewhere.
