Too dumb for shipping outside UK

Ordered some Adidas ZX 9000 Trainers on 24.07.2021, they never leaved their Warehouse.Charged me 119€, and refunded only 111€ on Paypal.Clearly too dumb to ship some stuff outside UK. The Brexit isn't just since yesterday.Go away from DPD, or learn to declare the customs declaration correctly.The customer service is a big joke, only copy and paste answers, which aren't personally.It's the 3rd time this year, they wordless refunded me.I'm finished with these scammers and will never order again there!
