Quality of shoes fine. But it has cost me quite a bit (£10) altogether in postage as I had to return something and don’t get refunded original postage as most companies do. Also took 3 days after item received to inform me of return. I would prefer to buy where return postage is free
Shoes were fab after searching for ages and them selling out everywhere I was amazed I managed to get them. Opted for click and collect to save the delivery fee and they were ready 2 days after order was placed which is great!! When I went to pick them up from the Liverpool one office store the staff were very friendly and was in and out within 5 mins.
Have been after two pairs of trainers as they are limited edition. After entering raffles as advised and contacting their team via SM, I visited their Selfridges London store to try my luck. When I arrived, I enquired and was immediately and repeatedly told said trainers were not being sold.I found this odd as I saw staff members were breaking boxes and members of the public showing off their purchases on offsprings own Social Media Pages and their own respectively. When I challenged the staff member with, she repeated the same lie again. It is very clear that the staff are being selective with who they sell to and feel its OK to out and out lie to customers. My money is no different to anyone else's and such behaviour from a company, is embarrassing.Following Offsprings Reply,My comment above hasn't been answered. I reiterate, these shoes and two others pairs were being sold in store before and after I visited. I was told that they are not being sold at all in store. Which is a lie.
Smashed my box for Ambush dunks. Part of the retail price you pay is for its packaging but this was not reflected in the purchase price. Staff were condescending and rude when concerns were raised. Just raised the issue with trading standards as this is essentially false advertising because prior to purchase I was not told about the box, which I PAID FOR, being purposely destroyed and thus I did not recieve the product I anticipated.Edit. Typical Offspring response. No mention about the rude and condescending staff which is typical of the culture there. This arrogance stems from the owners all the way down. I will be avoiding them from now on, I would advise anyone reading this to do the same.
I’m from Latvia and unfortunately here in my country is hard to find cute and beautiful Nike Air Force’s, so I decided to order from this UK store. I ordered them on 18 May and received today 26 May, it took longer than it’s said on the website about 2-5 days, but that’s absolutely okay. I had doubt in the website due to some of the reviews, but eventually I ordered them and I do not regret my purchase, they are amazing, quality and colour 5/5. I’m very happy that I ordered them. I knew that I will have to pay extra taxes and I was ready for them, because it’s normal thing for Latvia. So I rate my purchase 10/10
Highly recommend offspring fantastic I was looking for a specific type of shoe everywhere and it was out of stock in my size literally everywhere !, so offspring was the only one that had the shoe I wanted sent an email to confirm they had my size got straight back to me , made the purchase and it came in fantastic time !!
