Review Time
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a pair of trainers during a sale, only to be informed approximately a week later that the order had been cancelled and refunded due to the item being unavailable, without any clear explanation. Had I been notified sooner, I could have purchased the trainers from another retailer while the Black Friday promotion was still available. As a result, I was forced to pay full price elsewhere. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. In addition, the customer service I received via email was extremely poor. Responses were unhelpful and lacked any genuine effort to resolve the issue, which only added to my frustration. Overall, this experience was unacceptable.
I rarely leave reviews, but this one needs to be written. Yodel managed to fail on almost every level possible. They didn’t even deliver my package to the correct block of apartments. Worse still, there was no option to reschedule or redirect – just a dead end. When I got back from my trip, I went first thing in the morning, literally at the break of daylight, to the other apartment block where their so-called “proof of delivery” photo showed the parcel left. Thankfully, someone let me in. I checked the exact spot in their photo – and, of course, my package was nowhere to be found. Gone. What followed was an hour-long exercise in pure frustration trying to contact Yodel. Their phone support? Nonexistent. Their live chat? Practically hidden. It’s only accessible through the mobile app, not through their website on desktop — which is ridiculous. It’s almost as if they’ve deliberately designed their “support options” to make customers give up.And to make things worse, even Offspring, the retailer, was just as hard to reach. No phone number, just an email address and silence so far. Trying to report a stolen parcel shouldn’t feel like breaking into Fort Knox.At this point, the whole experience has been a disaster. Between Yodel’s shambolic delivery and Offspring’s inaccessibility, I’ve wasted time, money, and any trust I had in either brand. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid both Yodel and Offspring. They’ve turned basic parcel delivery into a stress marathon. Never again.
Ordered a pair of Jordan 4 for my husband for Christmas during the Black Friday deals. Due to being away at the time of delivery I rescheduled the delivery to come another day. The day comes and goes and nothing! Get in contact with Yodel who tell me they will investigate but to also contact seller, both companies passing me between each other, lack of communication from Offspring with generic responses. Now Yodel have said they have sent back my parcel to seller with no attempt at a delivery. Now I’m stuck in limbo, no communication from anyone, can’t get hold of a person to give me a definitive answer. I’m out of pocket and no where closer to getting my money back. Poor service from both courier and retail company.
I probably can’t change your mind single handedly however my experience with offspring was pretty good. Although my delivery was supposed to arrive 1 day earlier I am quite patient and understanding. Assuming the shoes are authentic and real I had no problems with offspring and I’m just trusting they are a real retail brand that sell authentic shoes as stated in their biography. Pretty great experience of purchasing my first Jordan 4 Retro Cave Stone’s. 👍
Very bad service. Paid for next day delivery but didn’t come. They have now said 2-5 days, still no sign of it and it isn’t even with the delivery company yet. Awful customer service, they don’t reply to you. This was present for my sons birthday. Will never use again and advise everyone to avoid completely.
I had such an amazing experience with offspring when purchasing my dad’s xmas present, it is a shame that they recieve low reviews. I ordered on the friday and recieved today. I had a question regarding my order so I had emailed and recieved an almost immediate response. all round really lovely experience with this company and I will be 100% using them again
Trainers arrived visibly worn/stained despite being sold as new. Customer service offered only a minimal resolution, which I felt didn’t reflect the inconvenience or the condition of the item. Disappointing experience overall.
Offspring sorted my order out when it went missing with yodel, they responded in a reasonable time when I raised it missing with them and sent the evidence from yodel it was missing. They sent the parcel so fast I received the replacement a few days later and I love the product amazing quality. Over happy despite the delivery issue with their service. They even reduced the price as the item had reduced since I ordered them and agreed to charge me the new reduced price because of what happened. I’d recommend.
