Website has some good offers at times but the reputation is all based around service in my opinion. They will bombard you with emails regarding offers or if you've made a purchase, when you need help or in my case when I have returned an item they don't say anything. They claim to be running behind on returned goods for whatever reason but been waiting nearly 11 days.Not a good service!Be sure you want the product and you won't be returning it before you buy off Offspring.co.uk.
Ordered a pair of trainers and I had sent them back and i’m still waiting for my refund. Their phone lines are shut for Christmas even tho the holidays for 99.9% of the online stores end on the 4th Seems like a scam i just want my £130 back for the trainers i sent them
What an absolute Joke of a company.I placed an order on 24/08/20 for a pair of Nike Airforce 1’s. I then receive an email saying my trainers have been dispatched on the 24/08/20, when I check the Yodel tracking it says “Your parcel will be with us soon” 8 days later as I write this review. The tracking still says exactly the same thing. After getting fed up of waiting and being fobbed off I asked for a refund on the 30th and 3 times on the 31st! No refund given. I then posted on their FB page asking for a refund, they asked me to send them a private message so they could hide my comment. I have then asked them another 4 times today to issue me with a refund on Facebook messenger and they keep saying “we are looking into this” Guess what… still no refund!I would seriously advise anyone against ordering from them as their customer service is shocking, and they are very keen to hold on to your money as long as possible. Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable company like, Size?, Footasylum or Footlocker.I may as well ask for the 9th time (it’s now actually 10 as you have just replied to my Facebook message saying it can take 5 days to investigate a missing parcel) Can you please issue me a refund. If the courier company you choose to use has lost the parcel this is not my issue. I just want my money back!
