They’re known to backdoor hyped shoe releases (hold back multiple copies for their friends who then resell for massive profits) and make no attempt to stop bots from buying all their stock on online releases. Scummy, self-absorbed retailer with a big ego. AVOID.
Ordered a pair of trainers to collect in store over 3 weeks ago. Still not received the trainers and had no updates regarding the order. Emailed customer service several times and each time just told they will be there soon with no explanation or timeframe provided. Severely disappointed with the lack of communication and awful customer service. A present that was ordered in ample time is now over 2 weeks late! Will not be using again!!!
I purchased nike trainers and I had issues with the delivery. The customer service (Maddison and Shelbi) got back to me within two hours of sending and email and resolve the issue. Very impressed also the trainers were very well packed. The original box of nike trainers in the offspring protective box. Great service, recommend and will order defo again!
