Review Time
I recently made my first purchase with Offspring, after placing the order I checked trust pilot and panicked a bit due the reviews however I must say I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the company. I placed the order on Tuesday and the item had arrived, in perfect condition by Friday.
Deceitful company, for the second time now they have decided not to post my item and kept my money without informing me that the order won’t be fulfilled. They will not tell you that your order has been cancelled and will keep your money unless you email them multiple times about the whereabouts of your order. Disgusting business model.
I am very disappointed in this retailer!On 16.01.21, I placed an order and received said order on 19.01.21. At this point their service had been excellent! However, the item ordered was too big so I attempted to contact customer services via phone call to ask whether or not I should return item for an exchange on the returns form or place a new order because I didn't want to run the risk of the item having sold out. Anyway, no avail via phone contact so I sent two separate emails on the same date outlining the aforementioned. The site clearly states that they will respond to email within 2-3 hours. This is not the case and at the time of writing this review, I have still not had a response!!! As a result, I returned the original item on 19.01.21 and am still awaiting acknowledgement of return. In the meantime, I have placed another order and emailed customer services again to state that I do not want an exchange on the original item because in the absence of a response to my previous enquires, I have placed a new order and would therefore like a full refund (less £2.50 click+ return fee). I am now worried that I will be charged twice for the same item and it is very frustrating that there is nobody to respond to phone or email despite the website stating a 2-3 hour window for replies.
Hi. Placed an order for a pair of trainers and received a completed different pair to the ones advertised. I don’t feel it fair that I have to pay to return this item. No contact number or anything. Says you have 21 days to return an item but I think it’s unfair I have to pay the postage for an error by the company. First and last time I’ll order from here
Customer service is a disgrace. They are terrible. I refused delivery on some shoes which I was advised to do by them. They said they would get my money refund once that was done. It’s been a days and still no reply to the emails I send them. I’m about to report them to the police and my bank. Disgusting really. Everyone on here with similar stories so I would advise folk to go elsewhere. Very sad.
They are a con company. I returned an item at the end of November and they took 1 1/2 months to say they can’t help and I should contact payment provider. I provided them with proof of return which shows the date and time the item was received by them but they are still not refunding my money! This is illegal as they are breaking laws by illegally keeping my money when they have proof the item has been received by them. Extremely poor customer service!
