Review Time
I tried to cancel part of my order as it would take over a week to arrive and this was confirmed by customer service. It turned up 2 days later anyway. The part that turned up late was a defective pair of trainers. They then offered me less discount on another purchase than they had offered for their failure to cancel. The more troubling thing- the late part of my order had an additional £9 charge for delivery that was not on my original invoice. When I questioned this, customer service have tried to say that 45 + 20 + 9 = 83. I would suggest they try using a calculator or something similar for basic addition, as this comes to 74 when I've added them together which is what it shows on my original invoice and what I can see charged at the bank. Useless service, takes forever to get a reply and the reply is completely unhelpful and always from a different person who hasn't bothered to read the previous interactions.Avoid.Contacted them after they responded to my review. Still terrible service.
