I have talking with one young lady and she was very fast rude without having experience talking about buying one phone ,and very easy she told me * go check in costumer shop* that all,,i am very sorry but like that ,, easy to lost your costumers
I have TRIED to pay them the montly fees 3 times. But they have a problem receiving money - as they now state on their website. BUT... they then shut down my services!? I have 2 phone numbers and a router through them - and they turn off my services because THEY can't receive money!?!? At least leave my services open until you figure out things on your side!?!? It's absolutely unbelievable.This company is totally chaotic and without any control.31-05 - I did the payment. 02-06 - they blocked my numbers because no payment. Additionally in meantime they just increase the prices without any warning or information or agreement. They expect payment in advance but it is not possible to check or guess how much You have to pay. At the end of May You have to pay for June but You have absolutely no idea how much.
Hustlers, making me changing my abonnement, and promised me that i can order my new phone soon as my abonnement start, they inform me after that i needed to wait at least 2 months before i can get my phone, and same day a new saler, calling me to ask if i m satisfied, and when i ve said no i am not, he told me that he can make it uo to me and that he can give me a better price for my home Internet, trying to just make more sales.
