Joke!!!!!!They make returns almost IMPOSSIBLE and now let’s discuss Cyber Monday…50% off is what they are selling their customer base and it’s an absolute joke. A pair of shoes I would have liked were $189 2 weeks ago. Now with their 50% off they cost $269!!!! This makes zero sense until you pull up and look at everything. They raised the prices so freaking high that 50% is worse than anytime of the year. It’s a shame as the shoes are solid but the constant scamming and manipulation is ridiculous.

Paid plus shipping charge and have not seen shoes shipped out!

I ordered shoes for my vacation and paid $12.99 for shipping (3-8 days). It’s been over 11 days and I still have not seen shoes being shipped out yet and no tracking. The only way of contacts is via email and I have not had a legitimate response from oliver cabell reps. I will never order from this company! Taking way too long even when I paid for shipping.

Avoid

Avoid! Terrible customer service. They gave me a code to be used as credit when I returned some shoes. The code doesn’t work! If you try to make contact you get automated responses that ignore you. No doubt they will post a fake reply below this review.

Don't buy if you are in Canada

Don't buy if you are in Canada! You will be charged an additional 1/3 of the price of the shoes in fees when importing. I then contacted their customer service to explain that I could not afford it.Now they have decided to charge me $95 CAD fee just for them to be sent back. I have sent similar return packages to the US and it only cost $35 CAD. They are a disgrace. N.B. - Go buy Premier Low Top by Thursday Boot company instead. They are half the price, the same quality, and have a way better return policy if they don't fit.

Will not buy from this company again

I bought Oliver Cabell Low Level 1 shoes for my son. He wore them once and within a few hours they caused a significant blister on the top of his front toe, that three weeks later is not close to being healed. This is not typical for breaking in a new pair of shoes. Oliver Cabell refused to offer a return or exchange and said our claim did not qualify for the Defects & Flaws 60 day warranty. Instead they offered a $40 discount for us to use on a future purchase which is insulting considering the shoes cost $230. I will not buy from this company again.
