by mistake I wrote the wrong address

by mistake I wrote the wrong address. The courier DHL which in Miami provides worst service made no attempt to redeliver or contact me just returned the shoes. I contacted Oliver Cabell and they jumped right into the issue and sent me another pair. The Wasabi waxed boots look fabulous and the leather smells fabulous too! So happy just bought another pair with 40% discount!

Beware: Oliver Cabell Does Not Post Customers' Negative Reviews

Oliver Cabell does not post negative reviews of their shoes on Olivercabell.com, so you will never know of their low quality shoe until you purchase. I know this because I posted a review of my experience, yet it never showed on their website. Additionally, read all the reviews on this website, and then go to to their website-all positive there. This is a scam! I received a shoe which was defective and the inside of the shoe was loose/unglued and somehow popped the bottom of my foot when I walked. OC refused to refund and wanted to replace the shoe (only after I filed here and with Paypal) with another low quality shoe. These shoes are the poorest quality I have seen. Horrible product and immoral business practices. The worst online experience in years.Update: Do not be fooled by their response to this review. They have no intention of looking into this to help. I have emailed an exorbitant amount of times with customer service. They have refused to refund,even after I filed a case with the Better Business Bureau. If you are still seeing this review, that means they did not refund me. Again:ignore their responses to reviews on trustpilot. They do not refund their damaged/subpar merchandise. It is extremely low quality.

Completely unresponsive

I ordered my shoes over a month ago. They showed in stock and ready to ship. Now they just show as "order placed." I am no longer at that previous address, so I needed to cancel the order since I cannot receive such a late shipment. I have sent two emails to Oliver Cabell and both have gone without response. I am getting close to doing a chargeback for this purchase since they will not send my order or respond at all. The order # is 455527 David Kiser

Low 1 | Slate Nubuck, Shoes are great, one problem, there was a scuff mark on the shoe, I sent a picture to customer service and they were no help at all, they said they were fine, no scuff marks so not defective, even after I sent a picture showing it, they did not do anything at all, no refund/partial refund or would even take them back. So last time buying from this company, which is a shame, has to be the worst customer service, charged nearly $250USD ($350 CAD), and then $200 CAD customs charge, they claim they are charging less than their competitors but that kinda tells you the story and awful customer service. Would not recommend buying if you want to give them your money for no reason.Also they didn't even bother posting my review (above) and when I asked them what happened to the review, no response. Not a good company and I see a lot of bad reviews here too, guess I'm not the only one.Reply to their reply, the images provided show the scuff mark, they did offer $25 credit but nothing to use that on, would have cost me a lot to ship them back, sad they don't offer free returns like pretty much every other company does, they did reply back regarding the review but not to confirm or say we have posted it, so nothing there, surprised how quickly they respond on trust pilot lol

Sizing Off w/ Bad Customer Service

Size chart not accurate. Return time is insufficient, and blame you for not being 100% on top of it. I now have a pair of $200 shoes I cannot wear, and a bad taste in my mouth, which I happily tell everyone on reddit, and in person, to avoid. Either get cheaper, or go slightly more expensive, and get the real premium shoes, because these products, and this company, aren't it. I'd give 0/5 stars if I could

Absolutely Avoid

Ordered a pair of shoes and order appeared on their website but with no details - three weeks later no shoes. Sent a message to their site twice and no reply. Strangely enough they were quick enough to take the money out of my account. Rubbish service and shop bearing in mind how much their shoes cost - no idea what happened to the shoes but I have written them off. Please do not buy from this company - completely awful service and a waste of money and time - can’t rate them low enough.

Just a scam

Similar to others, just posting a warning that this company is a complete scam.Ordered 22nd August 2023, still not received any shoes. It took them 7 days and 2 attempts to allegedly ship something and provide me with a tracking number. I asked to cancel the order days before they shipped, support took 2 days to reply and say they couldn't cancel, despite the package not having been shipped (first signs of a scam).After another 7 days there was no delivery attempt and the package was returned to sender, at which point they start giving me the exploitative options other people have experienced: pay $75 for the return (of an item that, as far as I am concerned, was never shipped) or allow them to send another pair which will presumably take another 2 weeks and never be delivered.Under no circumstances should you deal with this company.Edit: I successfully escalated a claim through PayPal to force a refund.

I have paid 313$ for the shoes and 78£ customs fee and havent even received my order. It shows as delivered but i havent received anything. I have messaged three times to customer care no reply. After reading this reviews i am gonna call my bank and do a charge back for the payment as i do not believe they will deal with me.
