I haven’t got my shoes yet that I ordered 19 days ago. And the delivery stated that it would take from 3 till 15 days, and when I get a message from the delivery with a picture of the parcel it weighs 0,05 kg and it’s the size of a hand. And I’m supposed to pay customs duty for it?Order number #44b638-2227/Sophie.J
I bought a pair of Jabbar High Exotic on January 2nd. After about a week when they hadn't shipped I reached out. I was told that my shoes were part of a shipment expected to hit the US in February and that when they did arrive they would be sorted and then shipped to me. I followed up on this yesterday only to be told that the shoes were sold out and that I can purchase different ones. I replied back stating that I already bought the shoes a month ago and was following up on what I was previously told. The rep then replied that the production on those shoes were not moving forward and provided an empty offer of $30 off a different pair of in stock shoes. The shoes were in stock when I originally bought them so I'm not sure what the deal is or where the lie was. I already own a pair of their shoes and love them which is why I wanted to buy another pair from them but after this experience and many others I'm seeing online this is a terrible company that is only out to steal from people.
I ordered the wrong size and gender. I was unable to contact customer service within the 30 day window. When I was able to reach out to customer service I communicated with Neil and Julie who were both very helpful. This company has exemplary customer service.
Beware of their deceitful tactics. I ordered a pair of shoes which were initially sent to the wrong address and then returned. Despite their promise to reship, the package never arrived. When I inquired, they claimed it was a presale and would take 2 months. What happened to the shoes that were returned to be re-shipped? Despite multiple inquiries about the initial shipment, they dodged the question. Upon requesting a refund, they demanded a $40 fee. Disgusted by their practices, I've disputed the charge with my bank. Terrible business ethics. Avoid at all costs!
I ordered low 1 after seeing them in a social media ad and loving the look. After a while with no updates I got nervous, saw all the negative reviews online and thought I'd made a big mistake - BUT - I reached out to customer service and found them responsive, got an update and did receive my shoes which are GREAT. True to size, very comfortable and stylish! I would love another pair, it seems they may be having some production/growing pains right now but it'd be worth the wait.
I tried to purchase a pair of shoes from this merchant on January 6. After several months of not receiving the product, I sent a request asking about delivery. Customer support responded saying that the shoes were a “presale” order which meant that the shoes had not been even produced yet and didn’t exist in their inventory, which they never alerted me to when I was trying to purchase the item from their website. They falsely promote their products as these “preorder” sales WITHOUT TELLING THEIR CUSTOMERS ahead of time that these products don’t actually exist. They proceeded to tell me that the item would be ready for delivery in March. Wasn’t ready in March and it was never delivered. I responded back a month later and they then told me that the order would be ready in May which it wasn’t and it was again not delivered. I then sent several emails in June asking for a refund which they didn’t respond to. I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company right now. Stay far away from this company.
Oliver Cabell takes no shortcuts with respect to the quality and and thoughtfulness while creating their products. That said, hot items sell quickly as they should and I ran into a related issue. I originally made the mistake by ordering a female size 11 rather than men, so naturally I attempted to exchange the product. Unfortunately, the model I had ordered had sold out, so Joshua informed me that several other models were available in my size - I chose a pair, it was confirmed - problem solved right? Not quite. Joshua promptly got back to me apologetically and continued to discuss options. While a newer model was not available until June, he subsequently informed me that he has been monitoring my original request, took note of a cancelled order, and immediately placed the order for me. It was extremely apparent Josh went above and beyond, and I can't thank him enough. Oliver Cabell knows not only quality products, but quality people - and they have a lifetime customer in me.

I've been ordering shoes from Oliver Cabell for a few years now. I have many of their shoes and boots, and they seem to be very durable and the quality of the leather is excellent for the price range. Every now and then, they will run a sale and you can get a beautiful boot/shoe for a good discount. You aren't going to find too many other shoes on the market with Oliver Cabell's quality, price point, and sleek design. I wear the shoes and boots mainly for work, and they perform well when trekking the streets of NYC. I plan on continuing to order from Oliver Cabell for years to come.
