We had a wonderful just an amazing experience with OC customer service. Originally, bought Jabber High sneakers and had an issue with the size. Had to ship the shoes multiple times back and forth until we found the ideal size. Throughout this process, customer service was nothing but helpful and made us feel welcome and appreciated as customers of their product. I recommend Oliver Cabell to all and wish every company had this customer care.
I have never been tot he site before and through the use Shopify, I managed to purchase shoes without intending to. I emailed Oliver Cabell immediately to cancel the order, and they basically said too bad and you'll have to pay for shipping back as well as a "restocking fee".
I’ve been looking at this company for a while now as I’ve been interested with YouTube review saying positive feedback.After noticing what they actually do with their pricing has definitely put me off from purchasing their products. They like to convince people they are give you a discount, but their discount is their honestly is their original, which honestly I can’t confirm or deny if it’s true but what has caught my eye is this. They never Lower the price to the consumer they instead increase what they advertise as the original cost of the product and market a big discount but the discount has been the same for years. At this point it seems like a trick to deceive consumers into thinking they are getting a bigger discount when they are not.
Bad bad experience, i live in Munchen/Germany and i want to buy some sneakers i go on google and i receive first page olivercabelldeutschland.com, page from OC exactly( can you try, i see after my problem ). And i order that OC Chicago in sale like in original page OC( everybody can try to see ). I receive all, order nr, and traking nr., when i receive tracking nr i was thinking something is not OK because i see Singapore but you know today just lie about all that ( all say made in US but 90% are in Asia ). And i wait i wait etc, and at end i go to google.com now and i find OC.com( page is same but same same, just down in page stay about you are in Germany etc ). I send message to contact in oc.com and i receive back from one Julie😀👍 and simple say to me,,Sadly, we don't recognize that website. This is the correct one: olivercabell.comNo worries! We've reported this to the FTC and requested that the site be taken down.’’No worries, i think you're joking, I'm not interested in what you reported or to whom, I'm interested in what I'm doing, or are you hand in hand with them? I pay 138 euros plus transport 12.50 euros so that I don't receive anything and you think i have problems that you reported? Noooooo for sure no, i pay 150 euro for that, how many of us have been so deceived? I think you can have IT and follow up on these issues from internet is easy just to go to google and look, there was no site that you can say is not related to your name and that shows 1/1 with the original site, i send you that. I have all email everything in my email.No comment, bed experience with Oliver Cabell and i put to see all person everywhere.No commentClaudiu
Outstanding customer service!In addition to having my favorite sneaker on the market, their customer service was wonderful. I had mistakenly ordered my sneaker in a men's size instead of a women's and they immediately handled the exchange. I received responses promptly and my request was swiftly handled by a representative who was extremely nice. Love this company!!!

I recently purchased a pair of sneakers for my husband & when they arrived, they were the wrong size. I wrote to customer service & Julie was responsive right away. She was very happy & eager to help me through my exchange. She was communicative throughout the whole process, and was very sweet about it all. The exchange was easy, she sent a prepaid label to print, & processed the exchange order once the return was in transit. I appreciate her for being thorough & efficient. It's rare to get such great customer service these days, so it was refreshing that the quality of the customer service matches the quality of their products. I am very pleased & my husband loves his sneakers. Thanks again Julie, you rock!
Despite assurances in response to my first review, the company has not changed its ways, and will not budge. Therefore, I am left with useless undersized shoes.I also indicated to them that the near 100% five star ratings that they tout on every single product they sell is indicative of fraudulent self promotion. One would think that they would be a little bit smarter than that, but as I said before, they seem hell-bent on failure.
I ordered two pairs of shoes, one for my wife and one for myself. I ended up liking the version I ordered for my wife so I tried to exchange mine for the same style as my wife's. The website's exchange program is great but it had limitations on exchanging the pair of shoes for another style. I ended up reaching out to customer support and a lady named Jazmin has graciously helped me through the process for the exchange. The overall interaction/communication was pleasant and professional to deal with, leaving a great impression for customer service.
