Poor quality

I am a collector of mainly white shoes (27 pairs). I have ordered a pricy premium shoe from Cabell and worn these less than 10 times. Just because I didn't wear them that often I noticed only later (10 months later) that they totally opened up left and right (poor quality). The customer support said "they are sorry, but they can't do anything about it". Save your money guys!

Defective Right shoe and no willingness to resolve. Shoe looks good but quality I assume is inconsistent. If you buy, better to buy at the store and try them on beforehand.

Should have just bought Common Projects, ended up the same price

I would rate a zero if I could and I wish I came to see these reviews before I ordered anything, it makes sense they have such a terrible reputation.I even found another review just recently who has had the exact experience I have.I ordered a pair of shoes and when they arrived the colour wasn’t even close to what was advertised so I sent them back for a different colour. I paid for international shipping as Oliver Cabell doesn’t cover this (just Incase you didn’t know yet) and then if you opt for a refund, they will take even more of your money to “process” this.I opted for a different colour and then received an email from DHL and custom saying I owe £77 more pounds (half the value of the shoes themselves) just to get them as Oliver Cabell (who offer international shipping for free) do not do duty and customs.This whole experience has left a really sour taste in my mouth and now given what I’ve spent on these, I could have just gone to get Common Projects (which these are a replica of) anyway. Horrible experience.

From 4 to 1 star. Fradulent business model

This is my second review, I wrote a positive a short while ago which you can still find below. Overall, I ordered 5 pairs of Low1s, and was happy with the experience until I got the recent defective one: a leather tag behind the right heel was stitched weirdly which totally misshaped the back of the sneaker giving it a completely different appearance as compared to the left sneaker. The right one was also very uncomfortable to wear so this pair is unwearable. Also, the distressing on two sneakers was not the same, each shoe had a different tint. I mailed all the photos I could to the support. Their initial response was that they saw no problem at all, the shoes were hand made and still wearable, but offered me a 30 USD rebate if I agreed to keep the pair. I still insisted on a return, their response was still no issue no fault despite my photos but this time offered a 50 USD rebate if I kept the pair. They just boldly kept denying the obvious quality faults of their item. I lost over USD200 on this pair, and do not want anything to do with them anymore. All the more so that I knew that they never grant the rebates they promise even here on Trustpilot. Their response to my previous (then positive) review included an offer to give me a rebate on my next pair, but no response at all when I tried to claim it. Their whole business model is fraudulent being based on pushing their goods to customers regardless of their quality, and then refusing to take any responsibility for it. They also do not follow up on anything they promise here, it is all bovine feces as my experience shows. Please do not trust any kind of good words or promises of theirs you see here. They are unmatched in their ability to erode even the loyal customer base they manage to build however small it may be. Your chances of getting a defective item and losing your money are about 20% as my experience shows, so it's up to you to decide if you want to play this lottery where you can only lose. They will deny the obvious in case of an issue, gaslight the customer and make his or her life difficult. Crappy company, despicable business model. Shame!

Shoes never came have emails showing…

Shoes never came have emails showing shoe was suppose to be here first week of sept ordered back in middle of AUG. Then got email week and a half ago saying it was on way now they are saying sometime in OCT. Looks like all there reviews are bad. On there website they only show good ones but funny you cant leave a review on there website only 3 party site you can. They obviously can't handle there production. Dont buy unless you want to be charge 300+ and not get any shoes

Terrible customer support

The shoes I ordered did not fit (they come up super small). I returned them via DHL, at my cost. Although they were delivered, the company would not provide a refund, only a credit note. So, I ordered another pair, the company did not pay the correct value of the item for shipping and I have had to pay an additional £103 to DHL. My experience with the company has been very negative and I would not recommend anyone to order online.

I would like to give this place zero…

I would like to give this place zero stars because this online store customer service is the worst. They first sent me the wrong shoes from what I originally purchased. Then they tried to offer me 20 dollars to keep it. It came with a stain from the poorly cheap packaging wrap they used inside the box. It’s been 2 weeks and I am still waiting to hear from them and get a return. I advise never to buy from this company!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Oliver Cabell nightmare.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Never have I ever had such a poor experience with a store and their customer service. The Oliver Cabell website doesn't even let me put my review so they remain at the bogus 5 star rating they have (warning don't trust those reviews). I bought Low 1s early August 2023 and they had to be shipped to Canada from the States which i didn't realize at the time so I had to pay Duties on top of the already expensive shoes. This would have been fine had I gotten the right size but their websites sizing is definitely off and they were clown shoes for me. So I tried to return them. Their return policy is amongst the worst I have ever seen for those outside of USA. Option 1 receive store credit equal to the current value of the dollar (which was less than I bought the shoes for) and option 2 return them but have to pay shipping fee, and get less than the value I purchased the shoes for to cover shipping costs for them, and in my case duties once more. So I was losing money on my purchase either way, had I gone with option 1 and try to correct the size I would have to pay duties again and make up for the difference in the lost purchasing power of the CDN $, in short $100+ to hope I get the right size. If the size again wouldn’t fit me I would be back to my original dilemma. So I figured best to cut my losses and chose Option 2 and be upset with losing $100+ for nothing. Luckily enough for me I was able to figure out a way to ship from USA since I live on a border city to avoid duty fees. But since then its been 2 weeks since they have received the shoes and I am still waiting on a refund and their customer service rep takes 24-48 hours to respond to any and all questions. For a online retailer you would think they would have their customer service dialled in as that is a must when you are online only. Dreadful experience will never recommend ever. Maybe if I live in the states it would be different but absolutely not viable if you are outside of their operating zone.Response to Oliver Cabell: I do not want to share my email on here as I get enough spam as it is. Shoes are great but generally the customer service / support is pretty terrible. Shipping times are slow and unclear and if you need to change anything it's a pain dealing with them.

14 day return/exchange from the day you place your order

I was excited and looking forward to my first pair. Shoes arrived and I was not aware of their 14 day from the day you place the order return/exchange policy. I tried them on, they run big and are not comfortable at all, went to exchange them and missed my return/exchange window by 2 days. Just wasted a lot of $$$ I do not recommend ordering online, just try them on in a store and see what you think. They were not a good fit for me. I have emailed them 2x's to see if they can help me work something out and I have not heard from them.
