I have had a great experience with Oliver cabel! Just got my second pair, after wearing my first pair pretty much every day for a year with no problems whatsoever. The pair I just got ripped inside the heel just after a few wears. The customer service was great and are replacing the shoes free of charge. Thanks a lot! Will continue to buy from OC.
We had bought a pair of Oliver Cabell Yin Yang sneakers for our son, but unfortunately we ordered the wrong size. It was way past the return date and Oliver Cabell accepted our return and replaced the sneakers. Their customer service was so helpful and we would definitely buy from this company again. We’re excited to get the new size sneakers and our son is very excited to get these on his feet.
I had a great experience with this company !!! I ordered shoes that I was unaware of that they would come in April so reached out to them. They solved the problem quickly responded quickly I wrote a bad review I had to delete it because how great they were in the process
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I would recommend that customers never order from a company that can only be reached via email. That says everything about their customer service. Ordered sneakers for a Christmas present on November 27, 2023. Paid for expedited shipping (1-2 days). Still have not received the shoes. The tracking number provided is fake. I reached out and still have yet to get a response. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. I now will have to dispute the charges and still will not have the Christmas gift.
