I have no complaints with my experience! I actually had to make a return for another size. The rep, Joshua, was very professional and took the time to explain the return process in detail. He setup the return and it was very simple. I definitely will be making additional purchases!
Oliver Cabell SCAMMERSOliver Cabell scammed us. We purchased a pair of shoes from them and they have not arrived and NO ONE gives us a response, they don't even respond to the 25 emails we have sent to customer service. I will report them as a scam to the agency in charge. They not only charged us, but we have not received the product and they do not respond. There are many people in Instagram complaining about the same thing. Read the reviews about these scammers and be careful!
I spent 450 AU on these sneakers and have worn them for one month. The plastic and stitching where my foot naturally bends has already broken and the stitching come away from the leather. These sneakers LOOK great - but they are so badly made. Absolute online trash. Don't do it!Adding this later- but the Ai response below just adds insult to injury. What about my 450 wasted dollars - it cost me that to help improve your business? That's not how this works. Make a shoe that you can walk in for more than 3o days before it falls apart. Or refund my money. Or say something constructive instead of getting Chat Gpt to spit out some fake response that's meant to detract from the issue that your product sucks.
These guys position themselves as premium, give you heavy discounts but still charge +$200 for shoes. Very quiet about a 60 day warranty…. For premium shoes they have 60 days worth of confidence. Bought “leather loafers” two find out 2-3 months in it is faux leather painted and the shoes are worthless as you can see they paint fading off…
I have ordered two pieces of jewelry, and I am very fond of both pieces. I have the Sundial necklace and the Cameron Red Cord bracelet. I am very pleased with the quality and style. Customer service and responsiveness was great. Surprised to see negative reviews on here, my order had a delay due to the shipping carrier (not Oliver Cabell) and yet their representative (Catherine) was extremely responsive and got a new pair shipped asap. Would recommend.
Garbage company. Another fraudulent company that takes your money and then acts like they have no idea what is going on. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYAs far as their response that they can’t cancel and order 10 minutes after I made it?? It’s 2023 people if you can’t cancel an order then again what a horrible business model. If that is your defense that you can’t help a customer then what’s the damned pointTheir response below is beyond absurd in 2023 that they can’t cancel an order. It’s called push the button that says cancel. I found out why. When they accept the return they charge you a garbage $20 “handling” so even if you return you are punished and they make $15. Despite being messed around a tonne on my last order which I ended up cancelling I stupidly decided to give them another go. I ordered my pair, they were shipped quickly, but when they go to the UK border for some unknown reason Oliver Cabell decided to declare the cost of my shoes as 50% more than what was paid. I paid the tax and got in touch Oliver Cabell and after many weeks of "being in touch with the courier" the best they could offer me was in store credit. I ended up returning the shoes because the whole thing left a bad taste so I shipped them back internationally. Here I am month after they received my boots and they still claim it is in returns processing and cannot issue a refund just yet. Just excuse after excuse. Learn from my very expensive lesson and don't touch this company with a 10ft barge pole.
The shoes are pretty good and seems to be made well. I'm technically still in the break-in period but haven't had any issues so far and have received a compliment about them while wearing them out. For a size 9, it ran a bit big but nothing too big that tightening the laces didn't resolve but that said, it's not the most perfect fit unlike other size 9 shoes I have.
