Poor customer service.I’ve never been more annoyed of an online purchase. Its been a week now and there’s no confirmation on the delivery date. Their site states that it will take 2-5 days for a delivery to be accomplished. I’ve chased multiple times via email and got no response at all.
I ordered slides, put in the code to get them free, everything looked good. Received order confirmation and not even 3 minutes later they canceled the order. Tried emailing them and recieved no reply. Thats false advertising. Very misleading. They are doing it to everyone.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I just ordered a pair of lows and paid about $15-20 cad in duties at checkout. The day after I got charged by dhl another $110 cad for duties…I live in Toronto. With conversion the shoe comes out to around $500 cad if you buy it at retail price. I could have just bought common projects or something from SSENSE with that kind of money. Sent me sunglasses rather than sneakers then they offered me to keep the sunglasses which were worth $5 and return 40% of my $200 back but refused. Sent the sunglasses back with registered post because they told me if they get lost the would only refund me 40% back, so I’m out of pocket. Terrible service don’t recommend them at all more of a headache than anything else. If the quality of the sunglasses are any representation of what the sneakers were going to be it would be very poor. Don’t buy from these people!
Made an order on the 23/5 there was a promotion online and when it was at the payment page, the price i agreed to pay (clicked on) and the amount deducted on my credit card was totally different. I quickly contact the customer service to tell them to cancel the order and refund my money immediately. Talked to customer service that day and following 2 days, was assured there will be a follow up. DHL whom they used was super good updated me the company went ahead to ship it to me anyway, i asked DHL to return the shipment and this was 29 may, 2 weeks ago. I didnt hear from Oliver Cabell about the refund. 1) I asked for a cancellation within 10mins of knowing the mistake between the system shown and credit card deducted amount via email and 3hours later via CS when their CS chatline open 2) I am shocked they did not follow up with giving me a refund 3) I will be charged USD 75 for the delivery that I have asked to be cancelled. 4) The CS I communicate with Joshua says they might have destroyed the goods and not refund me the USD 891! Total fraud!Update: to respond to your reply. In the 2nd order on the pay page, it was stated as USD 10.80. And when i click pay, it went to USD 891. (Like you mentioned your system had a problem that day and thus you should look into this as a problem from your system).2ndly, it was not an immediate fulfilment, infact you shipped it 48hours later, if you were an honest retailer you would have been able to manage the cancellation within a 2days lead time.3rdly, DHL has returned all the goods to you in good condition and signed off by your logistics handler on 5th June. But to date your team has delayed giving me a refund. How is this reasonable?
Buyer beware, this company should be ashamed of themselves. Their support matches the quality of their product, total trash.Original review:I should have read these reviews first. I bought a pair of Navy low top sneakers on May 30th, they arrived promptly but they had one ivory sole, one white one, I didn't even try them on, horrible quality control, decided to return them the same day.But, you can't just return them like every other company, instead you submit the return have to them evaluate the return, approve it and get back to you, which they don't. It's been 4 days and two emails and zero response.So, I'm filing a dispute, whatever it takes to get my money back and never shopping here again.Update June 12th : They sent me return info and said "Once our returns team confirms that we have already received your returned order in good/resell-able condition" they can process the refund right away. Well, they received the shoes 12 days ago, I had to contact them and tell them they got them back, and guess what? Even though I was told "Our system doesn't show that it has been received yet, although the tracking shows otherwise", still no refund. Horrible company, going to the Better Business Bureau next.Update July 11, 2023. Still no refund but they are "working diligently on it" according to their response to my BBB complaint. This company is a total joke, buyer beware.Update August 10th. They have since ignored my BBB (saying there was a chargeback to my bank and nothing they can do, but I used Affirm to purchase, not my bank), regardless Affirm sided in my favor on the dispute and refunded me.A simple return of an inferior product took over two months. The company did zero to assist, they are one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.
I’ve been asking for a refund for almost one week, and I have been receiving a response stating that this cannot be processed since the order is being prepared for a shipment. However, when I track my order, it does not show that my order has shipped. I just simply, want a refund for my order which has not shipped ASAP.
Shoes were mediocre but the customer service and brand policy is horrific. My order took months to never arrive. My order never arrived (my address was correct) and they would not fully refund it either. Feeling optimistic, I re-ordered. They arrived and were very uncomfortable, looked like bowling shoes, and did not fit well. So I returned them unworn. Months later, I have still not been refunded.
I ordered a size 12 because that is what I wear in every pair of shoes I own. They don't fit. Way too small. I would need a 12.5 or a 13 in these shoes. When I attempted to exchange for a different pair or a different size, I was given the run around. I had never worn the shoes, I provided photos proving that and yet still was denied. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service.
