Oliver Cabell is awful - they shipped shoes with creases in them, when I asked for a refund I've just been given the run around. I did get a refund for most of what I spent, but they charged for a restocking fee and shipping costs. Although they said they would refund the stocking fee, they never actually did. It would be one thing if I just didn't like the color or decided against the shoes, but this was 100% their fault. No person would go into a store and agree to pay $200 for shoes with creases in them. The photos on their website sure don't have them.Why should customers pay Oliver Cabell for inadequate QC - these shoes should have never shipped to a customer in the first place.
I inadvertently orders a women's size 10 vs a men's. I reached out to customer service and was contacted within a few hours with resolution. An exchange was made. The whole process was super simple. Jazmin (if its her real name) was on top of it!
Appalling to deal with.I have been attempting to arrange a refund or credit for a pair of shoes that were returned and have only received vague responses(excuses) from zendesk.It may be that the company is unable to meet its financial commitments.Purchase elsewhere.
The shoes were extremely poor quality. I returned them at my cost and sent the tracking number as requested. That was May 9 and two months later I am still emailing back and forth continually as they say they don't have documentation with their address on it for the return. Utter garbage. I have sent the information three times and have the delivery confirmation from my tracking number. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
[Update]So after wearing for few days, I noticed the sole is not as comfortable as it claims to be.Upon close inspection I noticed the sole is not Margom.What response do I get upon inquiring from customer support about using a counterfeit sole? That the lack of emblem is a manufacturing defect from Margom SpA.When inquired from Margom however about this claim, I received a response from them confirming the sole is indeed a replica.Other than that rest of the materials and general constructions of the shoe still feels solid. However after an incident like this I wouldn't trust a company with such business practices.Just take your business elsewhere.[Original review]It's my 1st pair of leather sneakers and I have to say I was blown away the moment I opened the box and wore them.Didn't expect a leather sneaker to be this comfortable and the quality and craftsmanship is top notch and totally justifies the price you pay for in my opinion.I placed my order during wee hours on Friday and shoes were delivered on Monday morning.However I noticed one of the shoe trees I ordered were defective. Sent an email to support with pictures and they sent me a replacement pair rightaway. Really happy with the service I got from Julie!
The Shoes that I ordered do not arrive. Has been waiting for 4 weeks now. I requested a shipping no. (it was not sent automatically) but the shipping no. does not work. They tell me that shipping number starting with LZ "is a special line, and the logistics information will show "Not found"". I think this is a scam.
I recently inadvertently ordered the wrong size of a pair of driver shoes. The Oliver Cabell customer service team went an extra mile to make sure I got the right size. Oliver Cabell has smart-looking shoes and smart, helpful staff.
