They said they are giving discounts but…

They said they are giving discounts but they have deducted more on my account with additional tax and others and when I message them back because I’m not happy due to some dishonest process that I demanded for a refund instead they were saying that they cannot do anything anymore in regards about it. It seemed like they don’t do refunds what a waste of money with a pair of shoes not as good as the golden goose…

Accidentally ordered an item in my cart and emailed twice to cancel the order prior to it shipping and received zero response to my emails. Went to return the product through website and they are now charging me a $20.00 handling fee and if I return the order I am now out close to $50.00.This is a bad policy and I still have not received an email back and it has been 9 days.

DO NOT PUTCHASE SHOES FROM OLIVER CABELL

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and were correctly received. One pair I disliked the colour so I returned them. Unworn. Cost me $r60aud to return to the US. The return was received by Oliver CABELL as confirmed by Australia Post and by Oliver CABELL support also. It’s now 2 months and no refund received. Lots of emails, excuses and run around. The bottom line is they don’t want to refund. Lots of games. To be honest the shoes are average- not comfortable at all. They don’t refund. They just waste your time and money. DO NOT PURCHASE SHOES FROM OLIVER CABELL! Waste of time and money. Not worth it on all front. Total loss for me!

I have just placed an order and there is no proper confirmation of the order. It is still pending on the website and I have lost faith with all the reviews i have read. If they would only reply I will be cancelling the order. If you want to build a customer base treat people better. The shoes get easily soaked

The shoes get easily soaked, I have the impression that wearing rubber shoes which doesn't allow your feet to breathe. As a result, socks has to be changed quite frequently.Worth to take as a souvenir, far not for daily use...

Designed for a short life - Oliver Cabell

After buying a pair of Oliver Cabell low 1’s, they started falling apart after about 3 months. It’s outside of their warranty period so no luck getting anything out of them and I actually even had a Oliver Cabell representative imply that the shoes are warranted for 60 days as essentially that’s all they’re designed to last with full time wear. Not great quality, especially considering the price but they look good. Make your future shoe purchase based on these facts.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We ordered two pairs of shoes in January. One never arrived and was cancelled weeks ago without notifying us, NOR REFUNDING US OUR MONEY. We returned the other shoe which actually arrived but MUCH later than was promised. The refund never came through and it has been almost a month. Yes, the shoes are tempting but I'd rather pay more for a company I trust and not to blatant thieves. I have never given a bad review in my life, let alone anything this harsh, but I do feel a responsibility to warn future buyers as we have lost almost $400 and were met with the most shambolic, unhelpful customer service who'd not give a damn about us, our money, or clearly about other customers. Shameful. Please avoid shopping here!!

Worst customer experience ever!

Worst customer experience ever!! They sell shoes online and do not tell you that you have to take care of the tariff fees (50 EUR). Once you receive the shoes and decide to return for whatever reason (size, design, fit) you’re doomed.You have to take care for the shipping fees (60 EUR with DHL) yourself because they don’t send you a returning label. On top of that, they charge you a “handling fee” of $60 for the returning process. Never ever have I seen this before anywhere! So in total I had to pay around 150 EUR for nothing and had a whole lot of trouble. Please do not buy from them!
