Uncomfortable shoes

Uncomfortable shoes. Something off on the proportions - the toe depth is too narrow and midsole too wide. Just poorly designed. I’d say it’s my foot, but it’s not. I’m a standard size 10 and have been buying a wide range of brands for a long time.

Return process not the best but they corrected the problem

The shoes came with a defect. No communication throughout the return process. The company did return my funds and rectified the issue.

I emailed about defect shoe I bought around 1 year or more ago. No solution was offered. One of the shoes has a seem that rubs against ankle.. I don’t wear the shoes because of it.

The Back of the shoe

DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT. Horrible customer service

Purchased white sneakers for my adult son- within a month stitching on back started coming apart. Contacted customer service via email multiple times and they were completely unwilling to do an exchange(shoes less than one month old at the time). Photos of shoe sent showing the stitching unraveling but company did not care at all. No live phone customer service number just email. Absolutely do not stand by their products and I will never make another purchase from this company again.
