This is my second experience with OC and it is such a good feeling to know you are getting good quality products! I love their jewelry line. I purchased a Franco chain at first but a little weary since it’s another online ad. Surprisingly, i was with my sister and so happened she wanted to look at something. So, while I was there I had the chain looked at and voila! It’s the real thing! Again, it is good to know where you’re buying from and I definitely trust this Oliver Cabell family! I ordered some shoes from you guys in 2021 and wore them out and they made my feet bleed. I reached out to customer service requesting an exchange for a different pair of shoes (seemed reasonable) and was promptly told "there was nothing they could do." Being a consumer of many things, I can say with 100% sincerity that your company has by far the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Bought Low 1 Black Ghost. Very cool design but shoes were damaged when received - small scuff marks in the same spot on each side of both shoes. Company says it's intentional distressing by artisans. This is not represented on the website. Shoes are too expensive to be -pre-worn - I can do my own distressing.
For anyone who is dealing with the nightmare of this company and them ripping you off please do the CHARGEBACK process at your Bank or Revolut or Credit Company. It is the only way you will have the possibility of even getting back your money, they will keep emailing back and forth to waste your time, but will never refund anything they are lowlife scammers. The Chargeback Process is very easy and you will get back your money!
I’ve returned the shoes 3 months ago as I got a wrong size though I ordered my usual size and paid a shipping fee to have it returned. I did not get a confirmation for the return and when I asked why my refund had not been processed they ignored my emails 3 times. It has been 3 months. Awful customer service for expensive shoes that are not comfortable.
Wow!, What a horrible experience dealing with a deceiving company such as Oliver Cabell. I ordered in December a pair or the Michael cable bracelets and they were so cheaply made, low level quality! Like made in China!, they didn’t screw all the way and they felt out of my wrist, so I sent them back, they gave me store credit, I said fine, I ordered some white sneakers, arrives as women’s sneakers!, sent them back via FedEx, they received the return on January 6th and the customer service just playing games with me, that they haven’t located the package yet! BS!, I had to file a dispute through Affirm and escalate the issue. After almost a month they replied back saying they will not issue my refund because there’s a dispute with Affirm!… Just a shady type of company! Do yourself a favor and buy your shoes elsewhere. This is not worth it!
I have 3 pair low 1s and have just ordered another two. Not really sure i understand all the bad reviews as my experience has been great with the three pair ( I ordered at separate times). I’ve received many compliments. They are leather shoes people so when you first get them they will be a little stiff. Fit is great. One of the pair did squeak some for the first couple of weeks but that has gone away. More than likely because I ordered it a size up from the other two pair I had ( I wear a 12.5 US mens) and found the 13 a little tight ( not enough not to wear or be hugely uncomfortable) but like the extra room. Less tightness to deal with as well. Still snug enough to where my foot doesn’t slide around. Great shoe. Great price for the quality. Highly recommend. (And yes, I have 5 pair now all in different colors)
