Unfortunately

Unfortunately, these are super uncomfortable. So cool looking. I would buy so many pairs if they were comfortable. After trying to break them in in every way I still got blisters and the toe is so narrow. I wish they would fix this. Would be the best sneaker if they can make it better.

Strong, sturdy, hard and shiny

The shoes I ordered looked like they did on the website. They are strong, sturdy, hard and shiny. I did not realise they were going to be so stiff and firm. The leather is very inflexible, and they have subsequently cracked along the bend area where the leather meets the sole. Unfortunately with the exchange rate, and international delivery fee, the shoes were not worth it in my opinion (from Australia).

WOULD NOT ISSUE REFUND

Purchased a shoes in Dec 2021 and returned in Dec 21. After many many months of attempting to contact Oliver Cabell I was finally refunded in Dec 2022. In Jan 21, an ee acknowledged that the shoes had been returned and so did shipping company. There is no customer service number. Will never buy again and encourage people to give their bs to another company. Had i not been diligent about wanting my refund I would have NEVER gotten. Aside from emails I also commented on their Instagram and still no one got in touch with me. Worst experience ever.Read you response. Absolutely NOT TRUE. I tried multiple times to get in touch with OC to include commenting on Instagram and no one ever got back to me. Was told by OC that shoes were returned but sitting in warehouse with goods from other companies. Not my problem. Should have been immediately refunded. It’s only bc I kept the original email that I was able to reconnect. OC has horrible customer service. No phone service so that a customer can call and speak with someone. I’m furious that you would even consider putting this on me. Pay better attention to your Instagram. People “liked” my comments so others have had the same experience. Do better OC.

Anticlimactic

Paid for shoes as a pre-order. Shoes were released and were never sent. After follow-up, finally received the shoes. They were discounted and on sale by the time shoes were received. Company still charged me per-order price. What is even more disappointing, shoes were too big and couldn’t even wear them. They did however, make a nice gift. Good quality and still worth sharing.

At purchase I was informed my order…

At purchase I was informed my order would ship 5-7 Buisness days. After 20 days and multiple inquires to customer service the status of my order has gone unanswered. Now almost 3 months on I have yet to receive my order. I’m very disappointed with my experience with Oliver Cabell both in advertisement, communication, and service. There is no system to check on the status of an order outside of an email. No way to cancel an order without emailing customer service. While there is a system that communicates which shows are in stock it’s clearly misleading or not connected to actual stock.The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and customer service portal which allows the customer to communicate with the company and see the status of their order.

Great shoes, but not for wide feet.

I have wider feet (width size D on most charts) so these shoes were too narrow for my feet when they arrived. Through a use of shoe trees and 3 months of regular use now and they are finally stretched out and comfortable. They squeaked for almost 3 months which is the longest i have had a pair of shoes squeak. Now the shoes are broken in they are very comfortable and easy to keep clean. They look great and for those with narrow feet i would recommend them. Personally i will be looking for shoes with a wider fit next time because the break in period was too long. Hopefully Oliver Cabell introduces a wider fit in the future so i get buy other shoes from their collection.

Look great, feel painful

The shoes themselves look fantastic, but I've worn them consistently for several months now and they continue to hurt my feet each time I wear them, to the point where my feet bleed where the shoe creases with each step.
