I applied stackable discount codes, but it didn’t apply to total… When I contacted Customer service IRT it I was told it was too late bc the items already shipped… this was nearly 2days after ordering… their process comes off disingenuous…
Firstly, the shoes are extremely uncomfortable. Unless you are willing to pay for new insoles as well, I don't recommend buying them. Customer service was a mixed bag, but they ended up doing right by me. I had to return a pair as they were the wrong size. They never contacted me about receiving the return or issuing a refund. I had to follow up myself and unearth that they had received the return, but it was a day or two after their 30 day window so they'd not issue a refund. I found it annoying that I had to follow up about the return process. I was appreciative in the end, however, when they reviewed my case and agreed to still issue a refund.
Ordered a pair of Low 1 (my second pair). I was charged VAT which is not applicable in my jurisdiction (Hong Kong). I also wasn’t charged any tax on my first purchase. I contacted your staff and asked for a tax refund and the staff member said would do in 10 business days. 1 month has passed and no refund is given toe. I followed up on the refund, but Oliver Cabell gave me no response at all.
Took months to get the sneakers which was understandable. Sneakers did not fit and the return process was fine. Shoes were accepted back on 11/26/2022 and did not receive any feedback or confirmation on replacement. Still have no idea of I’m getting a refund or a new pair
