I recently bought a Nuna Isofix car base from Olivers Babycare, but the item arrived with the packaging already opened and the safety seal broken. While Olivers confirmed they had opened the package before shipping, they refused to offer an exchange unless I paid for return shipping. This is completely unacceptable, especially since the safety seal is crucial for ensuring the product's integrity. Given the importance of safety for such an item, it is appalling that I was expected to cover the cost of replacing a product that was already compromised. The customer service was disappointing, and I would not recommend this company.

Bought to protect our little one not from the 1950s stylised tiled raised lip on the fireplace as she’s learning to walk. It’s significantly raised from the floor and it would be lethal if she tripped near it, over it, or just lost her balance. This also means the guard had to have smooth edges on all wires and we weren’t disappointed- there are many of these extendable fireguards out there, but often reviewed said edges were sharp and not smoothly finished. This cost a little more but we’re very satisfied that we haven’t traded a trip hazard for a cuts/slices hazard. I’d definitely recommend and would 100% buy again.
I’m not sure what I was expecting for the price but the box had already been opened when it arrived but everything was in the box. The instructions and video were slightly different. My reason for only 3 stars is when trying to fold it down it doesn’t move smoothly and the wood has already started to crack as the frame is too tight. I’ve loosened it but as it’s for my little one I don’t want it to be unsafe and loose. This is a real shame as this is why I picked this one as I wanted to be able to fold down but I don’t know how long it’s going to last without completely cracking.

The learning tower is great and arrived quickly. It wasn't made clear when buying the product that it was flat-pack and construction would be needed however and the instructions were very poor. In fact there were no words at all in the video or the pictorial "instructions".
