I had a very bad experience, without inform they had deducted RS.1899/- from my account.I never ever used their service, I understood this is a scam and what ever they promised during purchase are B.S. so I was away from (But anyway year i paid 1899) but again they deduct.Sorry above comments were mistaken, Its actually ICICI bank who did this, for bank card protection. so ICICI bank is culprit.
One assist is one of the worst company I have ever come across . You will not find any support from them whenever you need it. no customer support , the follow up is tiring and end of the day they won't help you. Their senior management is highly unprofessional and least bother about their customerLater after getting the response from one assist - As expected I got the standard reply from One assist which they provide to everyone , its one of the way to dilute from the main concern , I know for the fact they won't be doing anythingWould strongly suggest please please don't go for one assist insurance even they give it you free
This is the worst and fake company guys believe me please don't buy any insurance from this company .They are sitting just to take the money from the pocket and at the time of claim they willbprove that you are wrong.And later you will feel guilty why I have choosen this insurance for myself.Some one has gifted me one phone and I took the insurance of that phone from one assist and due to one accident it got damage when I tried to get the insurance from this company they denied given all non sense excuses and not ready to accept anything.*I would again say please don't buy any insurance from this company else you would be in trouble later on.
Very bad experience about oneassist. they debited amount from account without account holders permission. and afterword not refunding. and they says RBI gives them permission to debit account. and lifetime membership not allow to cancel.
If I had an option I would have given minus rating the worst experience the worst company customer care executive don't know how to talk, they rejected my claim for no reason, when I asked him the reason he give me silly reason, that your claim is rejected because you have not provided the paper first time,i told him that it happened because of you guys only, bec you whr not asking for the correct paper. They way in which he was talking was rude like you are talking with roadside criminal person even told me to get my product repaired on my own cost. So gai please be aware of this company, They just looting us in broad daylight
Trust me this is the worst company. They will give you reasons which will not be satisfied. Will go to any level to reject the claim. I took insurance by thinking may be they have improved over the time. They don't listen to you and neither will transfer you to any senior. I beg you I repeat I beg you to not buy insurance from them instead donate the amount atleast you will get the blessings of someone. So pathetic people and their services.
The company befools us. My phone got damaged due to liquid while claiming they are saying that this is issue is not covered under our policy. One week has passed i hv been talking them. Even they do not reply the mail. I had not gone through the reviews otherwise i would not have trapped. Beware of such frauds... esp. In present scenario when private sector is facing crisis, such frauds have increased many folds. We read the advisory from the govt, even then got trapped.
