OneAssist is a fraud company and never buy an insurance coverage from this company, basically if you’re too much clever then you may consider this company because they find the several reasons to disapprove your claim.
Never ever buy anything from One Assist.. they are fraud and they will chase you to give money in first place but never ever give any services.. One Assist first do begging to take service by paying money and then make Customers to beg to give services.. Pathetic Company.. never ever purchase any thing from these middle companies..
I took this service in 2015 just for an year. They just send an email which can be easily missed for the renewal and without seeking any approval they renew the policy amd debit the money. Since I moved to a new city and bank, I didnt check myICICI transactions regularly. After 2 years I saw their email and I called the customer care to cancel my membership. The representative confirmed that my policy is no longer active. Even after that, my money got deducted every year.I always get an issue reaching their number as I have now moved to a different country. I personally feel decieved. I feel that they should ask for approval through a call before debitting the money, instead of sendingan auto generated mail which can be easily missed and mostly ends in spam. I personally cant comment on the service as I have never used it, but I feel like they are stealing hard earned money from the people.
OneAssist is a dishonest and cheat company. They will find every excuse to refuse to provide a service. I had purchased a gift laptop for a friend and took 2-year extended warranty from OneAssist from Amazon.in. When we contacted for servicing, they first kept asking for the second page of invoice for several days, wasting our time. Actually, there was no second page of invoice anywhere. When we finally proved it, they asked for some other slip (which never existed). Finally, they found another excuse that they cannot provide servicing for the laptop since it was a gift to a friend and we were not eligible to request a claim for insurance and closed the request. Horrible, insensitive money-grabbers.
This is one of the worst companies I have come across. They deduct your money without your concent. When you enquire for it, they give you excuses like sending information over emails and so on. I insisted to cancell the service and to refund the amount. At first they agreed and refunded just Rs 800. I was shocked they had taken away 1889 from me and refunded just 800. On enquiry their reply was it is the company policy. I feel this company should change their name from one assist to one trouble...a big trouble. So please beware of this company.
Had taken a policy from them regarding Ipad damage. At the time of claim, they will harass you so much that you will get tired and get it repaired at your own cost. WORST EXPERIENCE. NON PROFESSIONAL. NEVER TAKE ANYTHING FROM THEM
This is very fake company they have cheated with me and I am going to submit case in Delhi high Court and will do my best that this company will be closed they are cheaters very much fraud they areThey cheats with every one and I am going to post it every where... friend please be aware of it
