Review Time
On buying a laptop I bought a warranty extension from them when company's personal warranty expired I called them at customer care but they didn't recieved any of the call. what else a busy man can do except calling.all my deposits is now a waste. Don't waste money otherwise your money will swash in this online fraud market.This is again a fraud after their reply I sent them all the details but they did nothing.
The company befools us. Evrytime they say refund will be done in 24 hours but no response. One week has passed i hv been talking them. Even they do not reply the mail. I had not gone through the reviews otherwise i would not have trapped. Beware of such frauds... esp. In present scenario when private sector is facing crisis, such frauds have increased many folds. We read the advisory from the govt, even then got trapped.
this one assit company does not understand ur problem dont invest in this company my personal experience.i had cancelled my mobile protection but still my money not be refunfed .they said u are not eligible for the refund after 15 days of cancellation or after 15 days of purchase date. If i am not eligible why they cancelled my plan

It has been the worst experience I had so far. They said my claim has been approved and phone will be replaced. I paid them additional Rs 4000. Now they are saying that it will take 48hours to be delivered and I am waiting from last 7 days. @Subratpani - IS there any solution for this. You took my hard earned money.
This is the worst experience I have ever observed, one assist is a completely fake company. They just do a follow up when a customer tries for a claim and after taking a follow up they said that they cannot process the claim. They have told me that that it is my fault, my phone screen got broken because I am irresponsible and suggested me to go to the service centre. :)
Nasar the waste staff is not responding correctly always say that I am going to disconnect the call then why are you talking with us when you are not ready to ask customer problem theY are cheating us,my phone has broken I called them last 6 days they said we can claim wait but today nasar picked up and saying that we can't do anything sorry if we ask something means he s saying that am disconnecting the call because you are questioning me like that then why you are there man idiot really cheating and disappointing
