If I could give 0 stars I would!

If I could give 0 stars I would! The phones are good, realistically not great. Speaker issues, screen issues, battery issues, finger sensor etc etc. (Literally had an issue writing this!!!)But the biggest issue is customer service! Genuinely the worst 'service' I have ever received. We sent a phone to be repaired by them and UPS lost it, apparently never collected from the drop off location. They kept quoting longer and longer times to wait for an investigation outcome! Months later still no phone and no answer. Sent a £500 phone so now that much out of pocket! Calls and emails all pointless as never gets any further!

Loved my OnePlus 8 Pro

Loved my OnePlus 8 Pro. However, I loved my One Plus 5 better. I'm afraid that One Plus is losing its USP which is being a flagship killer :/

Second only to Xiaomi

When it comes to Android brands, you're either getting a Xiaomi, or a OnePlus, or you're being ripped off. Stop looking at Samsung aka the Apple of Androids who live only to lighten your wallet from your hard earned money. Buy yourself a real Android for a good price.

Do not complain or you will be punished ......

Very briefly, I bought a OnePlus Nord and traded in my OnePlus 5T which they quoted £70. That was sent in and they contacted me to inform me that there was a fault on the screen and they would only offer me £40. I declined the offer and sent them photos we had taken of the phone before we sent it which disputes their claims. This has stsrted a month of emails getting nowhere. So today i go in touch with OnePlus UK at 11:40 said that they would get in touch with the right people and get it sorted. 12:10 I have an email from OnePlus informing me that they will now pay £0 (zero) for my 5T.So everyone the moral of the story is that if you complain to OnePlus they will punish you ........

I bought a One Plus 7 in June 2019

I bought a One Plus 7 in June 2019, around August 2020 i noticed all my homepage apps had screen burn marks on the screen. I connected One Plus and they arranged UPS to collect and repair ( in Poland ), i got my phone back within 2 weeks which was great. Then in Jan 2021 the screen burn marks were back again, as you can image i was furious that it had happened again. Once again it has to be sent for repairs. My concern is that the warranty expires in June 2021 and i can see this happening again and One Plus will not want to know about it anymore.I really like the phone but the screen burns are definaltly a concern

useless repair service and customer care

One Plus arranged for UPS to collect my phone for delivery on 4th Jan - it didn't get to the repair centre in Poland for five weeks!! Not UPS problem it was OnePlus not giving them the address, although I contacted them every other day to do so! APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Mouthing platitudes but doing nothing!Love the phone - hate the customer serviceHave yet to get my phone back and no reply to my request for a discount or refund, uselessGet it mended by the guy in the market or even you Nan, she could probably do better! Will leave another review once they hopefully get my phone back to me with how it endedI mean coronavirus is bad enough but add the customer service from OnePlus and my stress levels have rocketed!

Save your money and do not buy this…

Save your money and do not buy this phone. It's a joke. If you need it to be fixed you have to send your phone into them and they're going to keep it for a week to two weeks without any replacement phone. As well if you have insurance then you have to call- OnePlus first and send them your phone Then YOU have to call to activate your coverage, and you're billed for the repairs and you submit the receipt to receive payment from the insurance company... the two companies don't talk. Customer service was horrible. If I could return this phone I would. Save yourself time and peace of mind.. get another phone through a legit company.

Oneplus buds with bug unsolved. Dont buy

I ordered the oneplus buds for Christmas and we discovered after some days using them the sound when calling was horrible, something not expected at all with the price they have.We spoke with support and weren’t able to get a refund because the 15 days already passed (during Christmas... when you obviously buy presents in advanced). They offered to exchanged them and we got the new ones... with the same issue. We have been reading about this issue and everyone is complaining about the same and found out is a bug which they know but keep selling them without doing anything about it.

Purchase Date: November 16, 2020 Payment: $1015.87 CADOrder Number: A112011163631867963Requested On: Nov 26, 2020 Request Number: RA1201127363492213 Service Type: Return (Cancelled by Oneplus without notice me)I am really disappointed with OnePlus Support Team service. I purchased OnePlus 8 online and got the shippment on Nov. 20, 2020. After a few days usage, find out the WIFI connection sucks (connect then disconnect frequently) and phone call to someone sucks (someone can hear me but I can't hear them). So I decided to return the phone back to Oneplus. Oneplus sent me a FedEx prepaid shipping label on Nov. 28, 2020 so I packed the phone then shipped it to the service centre on Nov. 30, 2020. On Dec. 21, 2020, after more than three weeks, I got an email from Oneplus Support team and told me my phone needs to be repaired because of back cover scratched. So I replied the email with questions: how much for repairing the damage and how much I can get back after fixing the issue, emails back and forth for a few weeks (even one of 12 Advisors from Oneplus involved with my issue). Finally I got the quotation for repairing $87 plus 13% HST in Canada. Then I chatted with a Oneplus lady yesterday (Jan. 21, 2021) with my situation and asked her how much I will get back after returning the phone and she promised me I would get the information back within 24 hours. NOBODY TELLS ME ONEPLUS RETURN POLICY IS 15 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THEIR PHONE so far, it doesn't matter whatever reason. Today I tried to chat with Support team lady and she told me it's over 15 days so I CAN'T return the phone, after even talked to her supervisor and still said NO for returning the phone. HELLO ONEPLUS, who delays the whole process, it's you, Oneplus, your Support team perssonel, NOT ME. Why should I take the result with mistake make by your staffs.Right now I suspect Oneplus Support team staffs delays the process in purpose.I NEED ONEPLUS TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THIS SITUATION HAPPED TO ME!!!For the chatted histories yesterday and today, there is no way to save them through Oneplus website but I have all the emails back and forth between your Support Team staffs and myself. The most update for my status: two days ago, I got the phone shipped back to me without fixing anything because one of Oneplus L2 Advisor told me that Oneplus won't fix the WIFI connection issue and calling issue I mentioned before, because I don't agree to fix the back cover scratch first (it will cause me $87 + HST). See how rediculous Oneplus is.By the way, I sent the emails, between Oneplus Support Team staffs and myself, to OnePlus CEO Mr. Pete Lau, no reply at all. Whatelse you can do !!!If the review allow minus number, oneplus will be minus unlimited in my mind. After over 3 months, nothing fixed.I advice anyone who is thinking to buy Oneplus products, think, think, and think again. If the quality is ok, good luck. Otherwise you will be in hell. You will waste your money, time, and get no service at all.

Worst experience

No able to return, no way to make a complaint, told the same thing over and over again. It’s been weeks. Worst experience trying to return an item I’m ever had. I predict your response will pretend to care like last time and not follow up on it again.
