Review Time
I made an order the 13th January to buy a oneplus N10 5g for more than 447 Canadian dollars. In the moment I want to cancel the order the button doesn't allow me, I wrote to the help center they didn't want to cancel the order and they told me I have to refuse the parcel to be refunded.I called FedEx to refuse the parcel and return it back to one plus.From the 18 January the parcel was hold by FedEx waiting the ok of one plus to send it back. One plus didn't give the ok.Now they told that they gave the ok to FedEx but the parcel is not found.As I know the seller is responsible about the parcel until it arrives to the buyer, me I asked to cancel the order from the beginning.I am waiting my refund and I'm in order to open a dispute with my bank institution and make a complain with the ministry of protection of consumer and the other authorities, if my refund don't come to me in next 2-3 days.I sent more than 20 mails to the support always the same response waiting the parcel but they didn't do it from the beginning.
I've only had this phone about a month, it's the worst phone I've ever had in my entire life. In the middle of town you can't even make phone calls won't pick up a signal and the 5G part is a joke. Did I say I had the Verizon model? I'm going to have to deal with it because you're too expensive to just throw away and buy a new phone but I highly suggest no one purchase these phones they are junk.
On 29 12 2020 I send it back my phone who been mark as refused from Royal mail . I told that to one plus and I make it refund after I was unhappy with delivery.On next 2 weeks I send 4 emails on different days to confirm when they get the phone back and make it refaund £ 799 and they not response to me until now after 34 days I steel wait for a answer. After 3 weeks with out of answer from them I get Pay pal to investigate that fraud . And now One plus sed to PayPal they not received that phone back....what??? after 34 day you have that answer ? They really want to steal my money BUT I can prove I send it back my phone and been scanned on my house with this guy from Royal mail in the front of my house CAMERA. I gonna contact Royal mail to let them know about that ASAP after I did PayPal . Why you not response on my emails to let me know you not received my item after 10 days - 15 days- 20 days and even up to now you just response on PayPal because they press you to answer. You One plus just try to nick my money . Impossible.Realy the most of worst servicing from this company .
It’s been more than a month that one plus is not refunding my money back. I bought one plus 8T and had severe issues with network dropping off signals and had to restart my mobile 4 times a days. I missed a lot of important calls because of their faulty phone. I returned the phone back within 3 days of receiving it but Oneplus won’t refund my money. Customer service on the phone will put you on hold for 30 mins and come back with lies that someone will come back to you by the end of day but no one does. They keep feeding these lies to me since more than a month now! I regret moving from Samsung!!! Next time I will post there emails here!!!
Don't even dare try reply to this message Oneplus....Now they obviously will, but what I realised is that they us AI to reply. So here we go, a simple test. If a human replies they can answer this simple question: I love my wife and I love my mom. I love my dog and I love my cat. So of the 4 I've just mentioned that I love. Which one ignores me?
Just off the chat (3rd time) from customer service and I am so disappointed. I have bought all of my phones with one plus in the last 5 years. I recently purchased the one plus 8T upgrading myself from the perfect one plus 5T and I have had nothing but problems with the system UI. It is freezing / not responding /internet lagging . I bought two of these phones 2 months ago for myself and my partner and it is just mine that has the issues. I have requested a replacement but they have refused to offer these as it is passed 15 days . As I said extremely dissatisfied and like a reviewer said below. My time with one plus will end now with the 8T. I will take my business to samsung next along with anyone that asks for my advice.
I have had OnePlus 6T for about 2 years and about 6 months the battery started to drain badly. This resulted into having to charge my device several times a day.I contacted CS via Facebook for some help about 4 months ago. After explaining my situation they advised me to send my files through the CS platform. Since then nothing happened and despite several chats on FB nobody seems to care. They keep saying they are looking into this but unable to give a time frame in which I should expect a reply or update.After reading reviews here, it is clear this is unlikely to happen. OnePlus please don't answer with your usual ”Our sincere apologies concerning all the issues that you have faced. We regret making you feel this way" or "Rest assured, we will go ahead and forward your case to our dedicated department so they can expedite the resolution at the earliest" as you clearly are not sincere and not interested into helping customers like me.It seems to be there is a general problem with battery life on OnePlus 6T and due to the terrible "I don't care approach* my family and I as well as my business won't be using any OnePlus devices in the future.
Aweful experience. I have a phone that nearly caught fire. Woke up in the middle of the night to smoke and a stench.. Pretty scary stuff... I contacted support to make them aware of this, maybe charger + phone port issue. They asked me for all the phone info, purchase date etc.. They then asked me to send the device in. I thought wow, how proactive of them. Then I got sent an invoice for repairs?!?! I never asked for repairs. Now they have my phone, and I'm waiting for it to be sent back. God knows when. Complete sham of customer support.Warp charger = Warp fire.. Buyer beware...
I bought a brand new 1+ 7 pro for $1000 CAD from Amazon suggested by one of my friends and I tell you all cons and pros compare to my $500 CAD Motorola G 5G plus that I bought right after I sold my 7 pro and my 2 Android Sony I have been using for 4 years:Pros, great quality screen, launching apps in no time, onscreen fingerprint unlock.Cons, camera pops up every now and then by it's own even after 3 software upates. Never was able to see a full screen video on YouTube, When you on a call with someone and need to check something else on your phone ,going back to the same call is impossible unless you know where exactly you were, no active icon for the ongoin call. Significantly weak speakers even with 2 speakers as an stereo, no matter you are on a call or watchin a video on YouTube. Bluetooth and Wireless are not smart at all on this device, when it's connected to my car BT and I leave my car for 30 min for shopping, going back to the same app was running was almost impossible or I had to re-pair most of the time or push my car BT or my phone BT to get it connected. Takes time to hook up to home WiFi which it does everyday! Whenever I wanted to charge my phone I had to push in and pull out the charger 3 or 4 times to see it's actually starts charging! Never works the first time! Battery life is disgusting, good for one day with smooth using, no game or video watching or excessive usage! LTE is not really LTE, it shows 4G which was never more than 50Mbps whenever I did speed test, on my Motorola LTE with the same SimCard is now 90Mbps!When you rotate your phone to have a bigger keyboard in horizontal mode there is no arrow like other phones to pull down the keyboard to see what's behind on that page or browser so you can double check what you are typing on the back so you have to turn it back to vertical mode every single time to check which it completely waste of time and doesn't make sense to me. I am 50 years old IT and this review is not biased at all, I've been using cell phones for more than 20 years. This phone doesn't worth more than $300 CAD if you ask me, I just don't understand how it could get to the US market.
