Service this good is very rare these days.From my initial enquiry until delivery to my door at exactly the pre arranged time, the service and communication was exceptional.Not only that, but the turf supplied was freshly cut and brilliant quality ... cant recommend them highly enough

GARDENERS AND GARDENING COMPANIES PLEASE BEWARE

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD AS IT WOULD BE MORE FITTING!This is the worst company I have dealt with in my 36 years of gardening and being a landscaper. Online Turf has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish and has shown a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and accountability.I placed an order and was waiting for delivery on the 6th. The delivery never arrived, and I was not contacted at all. The only thing I received was a dispatch notice on the 5th. The next day, I called the company repeatedly and their phones went straight to voicemail every single time. No one answered and no one returned my calls. I then contacted the delivery company directly, who confirmed that the delivery had been cancelled by the merchant.Despite cancelling the delivery, Online Turf did not inform me. I was left waiting on site in freezing cold conditions, wasting time and unable to continue the job. I emailed the company and eventually received a reply a day later from a woman named Zoe, who claimed they had emailed me to say the delivery was cancelled. This was not true. No such email was ever sent.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked my spam and junk folders thoroughly. There was nothing there. This so-called cancellation email is completely phantom and just another one of their lies. Given that we had been emailing back and forth directly, there is no reason such an email would not have been received.By this point, I had already completed most of the job using their turf, so I had no choice but to continue with the same company to keep the job consistent. After endless back-and-forth emails, I was promised that the turf would be delivered first thing in the morning on the 19th at no extra cost, as compensation for their lack of professionalism. I received a delivery notification confirming this.On the day of delivery, I waited two to three hours and nothing arrived. No call, no message, no explanation. When I contacted them again, I was told yet again that they had emailed me to say the delivery was cancelled. Once again, this was untrue.People who buy from this company are gardeners, landscape gardeners, and business owners. This company has single-handedly disrupted my business, resulting in loss of earnings and loss of clients. Their telephone service is appalling, their communication is non-existent, and their conduct is completely unacceptable.This company has no ethics, no morals, and no respect for its customers or their livelihoods. The stress, frustration, and damage they have caused is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to avoid them at all costs.

I was able to call and made adjustments to the delivery of my order without any hustle, the customer services is wonderful.my turf is laid am waiting to see the outcome 🤩

Delivery service is awful

Delivery service is awful. They give you a tracking link on the morning, it changed over 20 times through out the day going from 9.30-11.30 to 9.40-11.40 to 9.50-11.50 and so on. I booked an all day window slot, however the driver does not call to advance warn of when they will arrive, therefore I have to be home for the 2 hour slots given. These keep changing resulting in me unable to do anything with my day. I am heavily pregnant and haven’t been able to leave the house or contact the delivery driver even after calling the company multiple times. Awful service. Avoid at all costs!

Easy to navigate the site.The turf turned up the next morning and the delivery driver was fantastic.Great quality turf.A lovely added perk is a follow up email stating they'll let us know when's best to give the turf it's first cut.A lovely touch.Really pleased.

Ordered our turf on Monday morning and paid extra for morning slot, at 8 am the next day received an email saying turf was out for delivery and by 10 am turf was delivered. Delivery driver was great and turf was damp and fresh. I would highly recommend Online turf, great fast service with quality product.

Delivered a day late and rude staff

I paid extra for a Friday delivery to fit in with a break in the weather and other commitments. At 3.30pm it had still not been received so called office. Felt dismissed and told they have until 6pm to deliver. No check made on my delivery. No delivery was made Friday and no contact received to say there was a problem and no ability to contact them until Monday. They took my money quick enough but have not supplied the goods.Have tried calling Saturday morning and answerphone message says office closed now but lines open 8am to noon on a Saturday. Website says closed Saturday. Big fat 0 for customer service and delivery which left us hanging not knowing whether or when it will be delivered. Order was delivered Saturday morning but so disappointed at a whole day off work wasted waiting for a delivery which did not arrive and the rudeness of the woman who answered the phone.
