Review Time
I have been to all five Super Bowl’s that the Kansas City Chiefs have been in. I used On Location every year. My previous four experiences were all five star. This year I think it was more about New Orleans and the facilities. Our pregame party was at Smoothie King Dome rather than outside like previous four times, the beers were in glass coolers and were not cold, the place was dark and the food was not good. I hope the NFL never has another Super Bowl in New Orleans but if they do it will be without me.
Immersive awesome experience during the entire trip to SuperBowl LIX in New Orleans hosted by OnLocation! All the t's and i's were crossed so that 3 complete days of NOLA fun were amazing! All the anticipation for thoroughly enjoying this NFL weekend was readily presented and my trip was amazing!!
We have booked with On Location for three years for Pro Bowl Games experiences and we have unmatched access to the field and players. So much so, that we see kids crying because they cannot get the access we get with On Location. I stop the parents and tell them to book with On Location next time because its so awesome. We get the skills challenge and Saturday closed practice which are not open to the public. It’s amazing and we make so many memories with On Location and the experiences. My son was on the field the whole time during the Pro Bowl. And its surprisingly affordable too compared to other events like the Super Bowl. Are there hiccups? Yes! The NFL is notorious for changing rules from year to year and On Location is at the NFL's mercy but all in all we are pleased and will keep booking with On Location.
Unfortunately, due to your unethical and abusive way of marketing the Mexico Series for WC2026, I had to cancel my priority access and for the first time not be in Hospitality at the World Cup. I hope you can convey my complaint and deep discontent to managers since in less than 10 days raising the price from $9,595 USD to $14,250 speaks very badly of you, thinking that we will not notice or thinking that we are stupid and you can trick us all. Prices had already risen quite a bit compared to the previous World Cup, but now wanting to abuse like this speaks of what a terrible company you are. Dont you dare to think you can fool us!
I definitely would not recommend On Location. I bought my tickets in June & as of January 28th, my tickets are not here. I spent a fair amount of time yesterday trying to pursue this with them, but they don't (or won't) answer the phone.
I would definately NOT recommend On Location. They will promise the moon and not deliver. I paid in full for my super bowl tickets Jan 7 and still have no idea where they are. Furthermore the pre game pkg that I also got with the tickets cannot be sold with my tickets. This company should not be backed by the NFL
