It’s always easy to buy great sport experiences through Onlovation. The follow up they provide is too minimal for comfort. An email confirming your package purchase would be nice. The paid invoice is on the website in “my account”, but that’s difficult.
This year is very special as my Son, Joseph who is attending and bringing the love of his life, plans to propose to her while at the event!!! I have been so impressed each year I have purchased these for my son but this year, beyond my most positive expectations. Your agents, Armi, Shenee, and especially Kinsey who assisted me in making sure I got exactly the experience I wanted for this occasion completely out performed previous experiences. You rock and I appreciate all you do for me to make my gifts to my kids the best!
My ticket sales executive, Gerardo, was great to work with. I was specifically looking for club seats behind the NFC bench and he monitored tickets as they were released in batches and contacted me when he had exactly what I was looking for. We ended up with front row club seats! Thank you!!!
Truly a once in a lifetime experience!! We were within feet from Patrick Mahomes warming up before the game and gave us a phenomenal perspective of what its like to be on the field. We were hoping to be in the corner on the Bills side, but we can't complain. There were players coming over to greet people in our little roped off area as well. Even the owner of the chiefs came over to say hello! After the game, there were TONS of people in line to go on the field and it was hard to get good pictures on the field because of the amount of people around, but other than that it was WELL WORTH THE $ IMO! Will be doing it again!
The transportation arrangement was terrific! However, the food/drink component was extremely disappointing - a boxed sandwich/salad/cookie on the way out (to make matters worse, I am gluten intolerant so the only thing I could eat was the salad and could not have seconds) and the alcoholic beverages were almost nonexistent. On the return trip, again it was a snack box and they ran out of mixers so I only got one cobbled together drink for a gin and tonic which was made with ginger ale (ugh).
