Review Time
The price I paid for my seats seemed to be inconsistent with what the package was suppose to offer. The information I received months in advance stated that for the price I paid, I should have had 100-200 level seating but what I got was 600 level seating. Also, the interactive map does not give an accurate view of what the seating is like, at all. When I look at the interactive map, it seems as if I would have a much better view of the field, when in actuality it's much worse. This informed my decision to purchase at the price I did. Additionally, the space of the seating was very cramped. I was uncomfortable the entire time. I feel like the seating and the package was not representative of what I should have been provided. I could have gotten the same level seats on game-day for $3-$4000 cheaper. I would never have paid $8500 for seats when I could have paid $2500-$3000 and saw the action from the same space. My first Super Bowl and I was totally disappointed.
I booked game tickets including hospitality and hotel through On Location for Super Bowl 59. The whole experience was spot on. Great comms, support and a variety of packages on offer. Paul Sejnoha was a great help guiding on options to best suit what we’re looking for. If you’re looking for a premium experience then On Location are well placed to give it.
The ticket package was good. Good entertainment. The hospitality hotel transportation package was horrible. The Hotel package with no transportation the rooms i wouldn’t have let my dog stay in. HORRIBLE. No transportation at all! Rooms were disgusting. I was out up in the worst room and paid $15k I bought a mattress to accommodate my son cause the room was so small. What you charged is criminal and the front desk said talk to who you booked it with. If that was the last hotel fine but don’t charge 8 times what you pay just to make money. The best was we have to walk to the Mcnabb party. COMPLETE AND CRIMINAL MONEY GRAB BY ONLOCATION
