Emily Patterson has worked with us several years and is always diligent in responding. She does a wonderful job with setting expectations and providing clarity & transparency on the experience. She always checks in on site to see if we need anything even during these busy events. She is 1/1.
I missed a scheduled event which I had paid for in my package because the hotel failed to give me a scheduled wake up call. The hotel agreed to compensate me for this. On Location made my hotel reservation through Expedia, and so the claim for the refund had to go through On Location. Your service representative kept telling me that he was working on the issue until I finally gave up calling. At worst, he didn't try at all. At best, he dropped the ball. In any case, I was never reimbursed the $200 the hotel offered to reimburse me.Also, I got lost in returning to my hotel several times during the last draft as several streets were blockaded. On location should make additional efforts to help people who get in this situation.
Seats where beyond bad for what were listed as premium box seats. Tickets were to include a $15 voucher for food at the track and we learned as we entered the bus that this had been cancelled. Sent a written complaint to Onlocation and did not get a satisfactory response. Basically, they had my money, the event was over, so tough luck.
1st we got an entrance that was on opposite side of stadium then the location of hospitality 2 both days out hospitality we lost 1 hour of it due to incompetence of them letting us in, plus being let in after regular tickets were3 the stars they had in were for the most part low end The couple like Undertaker was there for such a short time didn't even get to do photo3 the seating I chose from map I was shown wasn't the seats I was given at all, I had a large obstruction in our view
I used them for Wrestlemania tickets. Pros: You get front row seats in your section and sometimes they’re not available on Ticketmaster or other sources so this is the only way to get them.They are reliable and can trust that you are not being scammed.Cons: Extremely pricey, the list of perks is definitely NOT worth the price. You’ll have a better experience at fraction of the cost just getting the tickets separately from another source, buying merchandise and getting Photo Ope/autographs using a combination of vendors. Tickets are mailed a week in advance of the event so you are unable to transfer them if you can’t make the event. They have a hard no-refund policy.I would only use them again if I need front row seats that I can’t find anywhere else. After your first event, there is diminishing utility from this so they are not a service I plan on proactively using.
Our location was changed without notice from inside the stadium to almost a half mile outside of the stadium with no complimentary shuttles. In Greenville, SC for the Sweet 16 a few years ago, we enjoyed prime seating and could go back and forth to eat and drink at our seats.
We bought tickets to both the 2023 and 2024 Men's NCAA Semi and Final games. Great seats, reasonable price. Perks promised in the 2023 game weren't delivered (due to sales they claim). These included food/beverages. Also, we were supposed to get souvenir tix from the final game but instead we got them for the semi-final game. We did get the souvenir tix for the 2024 final game.
