The preplanning information and willingness to answer questions. Upon arrival found everything well planned and customer support exceptional. Great hospitality at Overlook. Might consider leaving part of Overlook open between day and night sessions.

2025 Labor Day Trip to US Open through Steve Furgal

The trip we had through Steve Furgal's US Open 2025 package was a delight. We didn't have to worry about tickets, transportation, hotels or meals for the four days we spent at the Open. They made it easy to add a day to the trip so we could see a Mets game too. Everything was first class, well organized and happened smoothly. We are looking forward to our next fun adventure with Furgal's tours.

US Open with Steve Furgal’s is awesome

US Open with Steve Furgal’s is fabulous. Stay in midtown Manhattan, get transported to Queens, and then get transported back to your hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful

Steve Furgal's is the easiest way to make your trip to the US Open run like a dream.

Steve Furgal's is the best way to enjoy the US Open with your only worry being how to enjoy the tennis. They are reliable and responsive. The ticket quality is great. And I should know- this is my 6th trip to the Open with Steve Furgal's.

I thought "On Location" was a strange name for a travel company, until they hosted our ten days. From our arrival to departure they were well organized and exceptional people on the ground with you = On Location!!

You helped us attend the event in a foreign country making it less stressful. The Open was both crazy and fun. Far too many people attending for the evening sessions but the Outlook facility helped avoid the damn queues as well as refuelling us in preparation for the evening sessions.

Terrible experience

What didn't go wrong with your travel department. Emergency phone not answered or set up. Your department canceled our flights home and didn't rebook us. I had to do it.

The staff went above and beyond

The staff went above and beyond, making sure everyone was accounted for, and all questions were answered. Also the information that was relayed to us prior to, and when we arrived at the hotel regarding the Tennis package with all of the information needed while attending the U.S. Open was very helpful.

Amazing experience!

2025 US Open was the most amazing experience! We saw all the top players, some competing well past midnight ! The Overlook Hospitality area was fabulous; the indoor and outdoor areas to dine, relax and watch the matches were perfect and the food was excellent! The Loge seats in Arthur Ashe was bit far from the court but still great! Next time , I would select the courtside box seats! Still they were great seats! The round trip transfers on the shuttle coach bus to and from the stadium was worth every penny, especially in heavy traffic! The hotel we stayed at (Intercontinental Barclay NY) was beautiful and immaculate in every way! We ran into several WTA and ATP players staying there( Sara Erani, Jasmine Paolini, Ben Shelton, David Ferrer, Carla Suarez Navarro to name a few) which was very exciting 🤩. Overall experience was nothing short of AMAZING🇺🇸🎾🍎💙Can’t wait till Roland Garros 2026!
