We enjoyed the Fan Fest experience very…

We enjoyed the Fan Fest experience very much! This is the third year that we have attended it when at the MCWS in Omaha. The staff is always friendly and the opportunity to cool down and get food is great. However, every year we chuckle at how rinky dink the food service is. We pay a fair amount of money and the food served does not justify that price. Each year there is too much food laid out for the number of people that are in the tent. So the buns dry out or the salad starts to wilt. We don't have any problem with the choices, just the lukewarm, dried out food.Thank you for listening.

Highly recommend VIP experience at NCAA Men’s College World Series. Provided convenient, air conditioned hospitality room prior to game start. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good and access into stadium was way better than regular stadium entrance. Worth the extra cost and would definitely do again.

Very responsive customer services at the event!

Emma and the On Location staff were very responsive to our accessibility issue, quickly and decisively taking care of our situation. As a result, we were able to enjoy the Fan Experience services and easily access the seats for our event.

Extremely Disappointed with Experience

I’m honestly very upset and feel scammed by the so-called experience. We paid around $1,200 for tickets that offered very little added value compared to the regular seats we purchased on other days — which were in similar locations for significantly less. The perks included a low-quality buffet and some generic merchandise that felt cheap and unmemorable. We did not receive the advertised priority access to the merchandise tent, did not get to participate in the meet-and-greet, and never saw the trophy as promised. For the price tag, this experience was extremely disappointing and misleading. I expected more and feel let down by the lack of organization and follow-through on what was marketed.

Issues with AC in Tent!

I would have loved to have the air condition work in the hospitality tent since that's why I purchased the fan experience package. It was actually much cooler outside of the tent. It was disappointing to have the AC not work for two days in a row.

The only way to watch the WCWS!

The Hospitality offering at the Women's College World Series is just outstanding. The food and beverage offerings are top notch. The staff are courteous and extremely helpful. This is the only way to attend top-tier sporting events.

We had a great time at the Softball World Series. There were 2 things you could have done better. Provide a shuttle ride from the hotel to the field. There should be shelter during the lightning storm.

PGA tournament

The price for the 15 green Michelob Ultra venue tickets were a complete rip-off! For $700 a ticket my wife and I were expecting nice seats with AC and good food. There weren't even any overhead fans. The location was good but we could have had the view with general admission tickets. The hamburgers and hot dogs were 100 yards away from the seats!

I would give it 0 stars if possible… I…

I would give it 0 stars if possible… I ordered a wwe priority pass via on location and they branded it as meeting wwe superstar Sheamus.I placed a deposit down of $250 in March and I have absolutely 0 contact not 1 email from on location or any reps until the packages were released. There was 4 packages $600 $800 $1,200 and $1,625 What on location failed to mention was out of the 4 packages only 2 would give you access to meeting the wrestler that was branded. As I was looking for the best possible once off experience I had a look at the most expensive package but as I seen I couldn’t offered it I looked at some of the cheaper seats for that package. Please keep in mind that I got into the ticket section via the champion package so I was under the assumption all tickets I could access was apart of that package which I only found out after the fact was not the case.As I was planning on going to the event on my own I was looking at the seat map without realising many of the “cheaper seats” could only be bought with 2 or more tickets. As the package I was looking for cost $1,625 I wasn’t shocked to see a price of $1,600 pop up on my screen after purchasing.Only when I got my confirmation email I noticed that I was locked into buying 2 tickets instead of 1 and that I would not even be in the right package I was looking to buy even thought I unknowingly spent the correct amount of money on. After finding this out I was planning on selling my spare ticket as there was no need for me to have 2 tickets until I see on the on location website that swaps, exchanges and resale are strictly forbidden.I have sent 10 emails to on location explaining my situation and still have not heard a word from them yet (albeit within the 48 hour window so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt here)Their lack of communication and lack of transparency is scary and I would not be surprised if they ignore me completely until the event is over The only two positives I can take from my experience is the fact I am in the building for the show I like (albeit with no perks that I paid for) and the fact I know not to use on location again I strongly advise avoiding this company.
