The standard of excellence Steve has set in place never waivers. If anything, each year gets better and better. His team of professional representatives are top notch and their consistent and superior customer service is without peer.
On Location is terrible at communication. They also like to leave folks high and dry with help in travel rescheduling. Not acceptable for a company that had one job and is horrible at it. I have a ton of emails that say "be on the lookout for emails with details" but no details ever came or would come so late we already had to figure it out on our own.
Very impressed with the level of organization that went into the planning and execution of our trip. Nice having a dedicated rep (Grace Cull) to answer our questions along the way. Thought we received good value for the trip in terms of the experiences we had: tours to Galway and Killarney, ISU-K State FB game and the Guiness Experience. Very helpful to have an online app to keep us informed of our schedule and events for each day. Transportation to all events was on-time. Tour guides were great. Feel like we got to see a lot of Ireland. Would recommend your company to everyone!
Because I cannot leave zero stars, I have to leave 1.The online web experience to actually get signed up for our trip was a disaster, but we were not sure of our tour excursions till we actually arrived in Ireland. We had been signed up for a year.
The flight was canceled due to weather , it happens but No one stepped in to help reschedule it. Everyone had to reschedule their own.We missed two days of being in ireland try and to reschedule on our own. We are out the cost of hotel, excursions, transportation and food.
