Amazing customer service! I ordered glasses from Switzerland. After placing my order, an agent recommended me smaller size glasses so it fits better on my cace and was able to very smoothly advise me on lenses etc… I didn’t expect that from an online shop also considering the price (half the price than in Switzerland basically). The service was better than in any shop here. The shipping was fast and very secure.
I’m sure it’s fine unless you need to return something. You need to pay for your own shipping. Make sure you get tracking or they won’t help you with your return!And after one full month since they received it (not when I actually sent it back)- after multiple MULTIPLE requests and emails to get my refund. I was finally refunded today. What an ordeal!!* I want to reply to their response. Paying for your own shipping can be in your policy, I’m pointing out it’s a huge negative. In addition my issue is putting the burden of ‘proof of return’ on the customer instead of processing it like a normal ethical company when it is received. There is nothing in your return policy that says you must keep your tracking, follow up constantly to check return status, or the return won’t be processed. That’s crazy! When something arrives at the return center, ethical companies process the return, and refund the customer. They do not typically keep the return then wait for the customer to reach out wondering where their refund is then tell the customer to prove it. Returns should happen regardless if someone misplaced the tracking or not! You found my return when I found my tracking- why didn’t you refund me when it arrived? Isn’t that how returns typically work? Everything was included in my return to process a refund upon arrival including the return number and brand new product in original everything. I panicked because I lost the photo of my tracking at first. Thank goodness I found it or your company would have just kept my money and the sunglasses even though I returned it and followed all the policies. Horrible and extremely unethical. I shop online daily and I would rate this as a HIGH RISK company to shop with. I want to add this entire process took almost 2 months of me sending several emails to get my return processed.

I've received my Maui Jim sunglasses in one week! I've saved 70$ on regular price in store. Honestly, I was a bit nervous because a didn't know that online store, but now I'm convinced that all the brands are original ones, brand new and in perfect condition. I highly recommend Otticanet!
