Review Time
Ordered a kit back in the very beginning of April, didn't arrive until the end of JUNE. When I asked customer service where it was, what was happening, if I could cancel because it clearly wouldn't arrive by the date I needed, they were not helpful whatsoever. Every response I got was them ignoring my questions and replying overly positive. Then their customer service had the nerve to say "many customers rated us low 😔 and it would be very helpful if you could give us your honest review🙏" which really angered me to no end. I've ordered plenty of things from small and large companies during this pandemic, and not a single one took more than a month (much less nearly 3 months). Will never purchase from here again.Plus, they totally screwed up the coloring on my PaintGem. So, in addition to waiting months for this to come late, it is not good quality!
Due to current chaos in the world, my paintgem did take a decent amount of time in the mail, but this is only circumstantial. Customer service was always quickly responsive and explained in detail where my package was each step and why it was currently delayed. The product itself is beautiful and comes with a great amount of extra gems, so no worries about losing any! Additionally, as compensation for the shipping delays, I was gifted a free paintgem set. I’ve looked into many gem sets and still would recommend this one the most!
I ordered a kit for my daughter’s birthday. Due to shipping delays it took an extra long time for the item to arrive. Customer service was exceptional dealing with tracking the package. Once the item arrived my daughter loved it and had been having fun doing the kit since.
The paintgem team is amazing! Fast response whenever i had any questions. They seem like a company that really cares about their customers. Even through all of the Covid-19 situation and the delays they were still promt with responses and always made sure to tell me to stay healthy and safe. It means a lot to know a company cares about you and they did their best to get my product to me when they could. I appreciate them. Great company. Good hearted people. Also, love the product. I purchased this gift for my sister and her new daughter, my first niece and i just know she will love it!❤❤❤ everyone should check these people out. They are awesome!
I had a very long wait time due to the pandemic, BUT, it was well worth the wait. I loved my kit so much that I immediately ordered 3 more after I put the last gem in. Please trust this company, you will get everything you ordered. This is a difficult time for everyone. I promise you’ll love it.
