Review Time
I ordered product from this company because I really like it. They use ON-Trac for shipping. I ordered over $100 of product. I got an email that the product was delivered. I checked at the door, around my place and asked the neighbors. ON-TRAC is not a reliable shipping company. I have had problems with them before. I asked Paleovalley if they can use a different shipping company and they said no. I guess I will not buy the product until they can use another shipper
Unfortunately this product wasn’t for our family. However, this company is 2nd to none. We contacted them, they refunded our $ immediately. We informed them that just because we couldn’t benefit from using their products, we would certainly refer them to our friends and family.
My experience with the kind and professional representative lead to a subsequent resolve of my issue that went over and beyond. I did not receive any pushback, but rather they looked into the matter that resulted in a great overall experience with the company. The products are top notch. I’ve been a happy customer since 2021.
I don’t think these taste like cow shit, like another reviewer stated. They taste fine to me. More subtle and cleaner taste, without all of the greasy stuff that sticks to the room of my mouth, like after a slim Jim, or some other sticks from the gas station, that when I open them, they smell very gaseous and chemically. Paleo valley has a clean flavor. Price is comparable to other brands. Besides, they must be made in the USA 🇺🇸, because if some good American found out they’re from China and stated they’re from USA 🇺🇸, they’d torch them globally with a video or proof. However, my biggest complaint is the “easy peel” wrapper. I have a video I’d like to post of all of my latest order, the easy peel, IS NOT EASY PEEL. Your machines are off calculation of the end seal. I literally need a pair of scissors just to trim off a 1/32 of material to expose the easy peel. Don’t know if that’s a deliberate process y’all did for maybe accidental opening of the product. I don’t see how. Anyhow, that my only complaint. The peel. Kinda hard when you’re driving to work and need a quickie. Oh and I’m on the subscription list. Don’t want every one of my products to have to be a PITA to open.
I love that their food has only food in it. Its hard to find these days. I recognize every ingredient. The meat sticks are outstanding. Customer service was awesome. They seem very eager to make sure you're happy. This is a subscription I'll be keeping. Thanks guys.
My first order had a few beef sticks that weren't properly sealed. My second order (AND LAST!) had at least 20! The coloring of the meat sticks was off as well; they were kinda green and grey. I will say their customer service is decent (they did refund me), but their product is crap! I would not order these again and will have to search for a different brand with actual QUALITY!
