I absolutely love the bone broth, both the vanilla and chocolate. I switched from whey to paleovalley, very tasty. Customer service was excellent and I returned the chicken sticks since I didn't care for them. Automatic refund was received. This is a great company, looking forward to trying more products
Paleo valley meat stick are juicy and not dry and chewy like the other sticks out there. Their support team is amazing. They are responsive and always issue a replacement if we find an abnormality with any stick, which is not very often.
Friendly, helpful and attentive customer service is what I have experienced. Great company to work with and they have excellent products! The jalapeño meat sticks are my favorite, and they are really a life saver while on the Atkins diet. They are an easy grab and go food item I can eat without breaking my diet and without any guilt.
Trying to contact someone with a question is like pulling teeth! I have an account and a subscription, but when asking me for my phone number while signed in, and can clearly see my phone number listed on the screen, it says no account exists with this number! Spend more on your website and less on your constant spamming and advertising!
I purchased 5 bags of collagen, 4 seemed fine, no problems, the last pkg we opened and used was the Vanilla Bone Broth, which we had already used I bag of it with oatmeal, this last bag of Vanilla spiked my Blood Sugar levels over nice what my readings were. Since I am working with my diet, that was a big deal. There was definitely something wrong with the last bag. Tho ingred. Panel was same? So disappointed.
I have ordered several times from Paleo Valley. The meat sticks are the best you can buy! I appreciate grass fed/grass finished with no unnecessary added ingredients. Contact with customer service has been excellent with prompt replies to my email questions. The only “problem” I have had is that some of the sticks are not easy to open - very frustrating when you don’t have a knife or scissors handy to open the packaging. Otherwise, the quality of the products will keep me buying again and again.
I’ve been ordering the Paleo Valley beef sticks and they are absolutely delicious!!! My husband and I both love them, we eat them for breakfast, snacks and lunch. If we get hungry late in the evening they are a perfect snack. Healthy, when I try keto it’s even better they’re my go to.
I would love to buy more of these, but the frustration of getting them open... I'm sitting at my desk on a very stressful workday... I'm starving and can't leave my desk.... I spent 40 minute's in between calls trying to get my beef stick open. Realizing I was minute's from having a rage induced stroke because I can't get my snack open and I'm HANGRY! Teeth won't work, several pens and writing implements won't work no matter how hard I stab at it... Cruel joke Paleovalley.... Cruel joke!The beef sticks are good, not worth an almost stroke getting them open, especially considering how expensive they are! Fix the packaging man!
