I have enjoyed giving my children, these wholesome beef sticks that aren’t full of a lot of junk. They are not dry like some other beef sticks. The garlic flavor seems to be a favor with my children and their friends.. When I’ve had an issue and emailed customer service they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. I recently ordered a couple packs of meat sticks to take to theme parks for quick protein options, as I'm gluten free. The shipment didn't ship timely, and I reached out to PV customer service for help. Initially, they responded to the effect that they're busy, struggling to meet demand, and thankful for my understanding. But that didn't solve my problem that I was leaving for a week of theme parks without my GF protein. When I explained this, they went above and beyond and actually refunded my order, which did end up shipping to my house, but arrived after I was gone. The refund freed up some budget for me to buy some GF meals in the parks. I was grateful that they acknowledged the inconvenience that their tardy shipment had and made it right. PV products are great, and I'm so thankful to have had a customer service experience that matched.
I’m a steady customer for the awesome coffee, meat sticks, & protein bars. It’s nice to eat beneficial foods! The ship times have been great (and consistent). I needed customer assistance one time, & they went above & beyond. Keep up the good work !
I needed to suspend my subscription for a brief time and wasn't certain how to go about it. When my reminder came in my email I simply sent a question regarding this. The Paleovalley representative took care of my issue within 24 hours. I've tried their meat sticks and two flavors of Bone Broth Protein; Salted Caramel and Chocolate. Their products are delicious and healthy. Thank you Paleovalley for helping us to live a better life!
Visit as if the endless stream of commercials on every single platform wasn't enough. These meat sticks taste like cow shit. Then when you go to their website to contact them conveniently there's no contact info. The shit's probably coming from China. Please buy elsewhere
Ok so here's one of the rare times that my mind was blown about how REALLY GOOD something that I saw on FB ended up being. I did some homework about the cleanliness (free of fillers) of Paleovalley's collagen. And it's CLEAN! Not only clean but highest quality because they use the bones and not the hide and hoofs as other companies do. So, there's a huge point for integrity because they're actually selling a product that's good for you and is easier to be absorbed and used in your body. They could do what everybody else does and pour money into more eye-catching advertising and cut corners on their ingredients' quality rather than putting it into higher quality, better-for-your body ingredients. I ordered the chocolate and the salted caramel. They didn't skimp in the flavor department either. Both have rich flavors that don't leave you having to look at the package to remind you what flavor you're supposed to identify. I haven't been this excited to make ice coffee after my workout in a long time!!! Congratulations Paleovalley for a job well done on your collagen!
