Review Time
I ordered beef sticks, venison sticks, buffalo chicken sticks-and they all taste great. The only issue is the snack sticks are difficult to open without a knife or scissors. I sent in a comment to the customer service and they responded immediately to address the concern. I also ordered the unflavored bone broth and have been drinking it every morning in my coffee and it tastes great. When I asked some additional questions regarding other products and my subscription, the response was very quick, thorough, and helpful. Upon my first order, I signed up for the subscription, which provides great flexibility in ordering and provides a welcome discount. I've since ordered several other products from Paleovalley after researching the ingredients and comparing to other brands. I couldn't be more satisfied with my orders or my experience with Paleovalley.
I sliced up the chicken ones (haven't tried the others) put it in the MICROWAVE oven for 10 seconds to warm up a little, there were BLACK BURN marks on the casing and even inside and smelled baaad. Whats in it? Plastic, metal?!!!! I won't trust their product.
I am a first time customer. You came highly recommended. I ordered the chocolate flavored bone broth protein along with the unflavored bone broth protein ( covering my bases, as I don’t like drinks that are too sweet). As it turns out, the chocolate was way too sweet for my taste. I notified the company, and my refund was immediate! However, the unflavored is PERFECT! I added one date and a big tablespoon of almond butter, with a cup of water and few ice cubes, to bone broth , all in blender….It is simply scrumptious! I am hooked. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Paleo. Thank you for all you do :)
Just wanted to say got my order yesterday. I’ve already eaten probably 10 of them, but they are all super super delicious. I am recommending them to all my neighbors. I’ve been passing them out to see what they think of them and not one of them has said anything, but these are delicious. Thank you again. I will be ordering more.
Not only do I love so many of their products, the customer service is outstanding! There was a time when I was changing my diet and the products that I bought a few months prior didn't fit into the change and they were so gracious to understand and refunded my money anyway! There's so much I can say about the customer service but I won't go into it here but even when I went back to changing some things up with respect to my diet, I went right back to Paleo Valley because their products were good and they just had me for life because of how respectful they were!So many times companies don't refund a person's money because they don't want to be out and have that loss which I do understand, but what they don't understand is the fact that if you do what is right or even go above and beyond, you'll have a customer for life! You never know when they will change their mind, have a change of heart, or even in my case, have a change in diet situation LOLThey also listened to my suggestion about a product that they had and now the product contains a different ingredient that is better and even tastes the exact same! I'm so grateful for this company that they try to stay above the rest!
That was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. There was a quick, very nice, very professional response saying they got my message. Then shortly after they gave a very clear response to my question. It was very impressive!!! Thank you. We have been using your products for years and our family loves them and now feel even better knowing that there is first class customer support as well.
Besides like the products, specifically, the protein powders - the cleanest there is - protein bars and beef sticks - the customer service is the best I've experienced. Fast response, clarity in understanding the situation, and meeting customer needs.
There was an issue with USPS sending my order all over the states for the last 12 days and I still have not received it. I reported it to customer service by email and the next day they responded back, apologizing for the delay, would look into the issue with USPS and actually issued me a new order along with a discount coupon to use on my next order. I was delighted they took the time to read my email, quickly get back to me & help me out with a new order & discount coupon. Wonderful Customer Service and highly recommend!
I ordered the frother, but unfortunately it wouldn't turn off. I contacted customer support and the next business day they said they were going to send a replacement. It arrived quickly and works well. Great products AND great service!
