New version of paleovalley superfood chocolate bars are smaller bars, in smaller boxes, so more expensive. Don’t seem as consistently “mixed”. Not sure if I will buy again, based on difficulty finding out how long these were going to be out of stock and then finally receiving smaller product.
Paleovalley customer service is top-notch. I’ve been utilizing their products for years, primarily their bone broth protein and super food bars. My last order arrived covered in mystery goo from shipping and they were super quick to send me a replacement. I really appreciate this company‘s commitment to quality and health. Thank you Paleovalley for actually caring about your customers!!! And providing delicious products.
The coffee is the best!I’m double ordered by accident and they caught it and emailed me and corrected it. I'm concerned about the ornigal flavor beef sticks, I've had 2 orders that seem to taste bad and turned colors. The last time I complained and they are sending me more, and iam hoping that these will be better. I don't know if this is a problem with other people, I just want to be able to trust my next order. I would like to ad the easy to open stick are anything but easy I've notice alot of mine have to be cut open because they are sealed shut so much that you can't not open them but just peeling them anymore
Previously I had written an unfavorable review of Paleovalley meat sticks, not because the product is bad—it's good—but because they included a "thanks for your subscription" card in the package, which caused me to spend precious time contacting them. My friend got one too, so it was everyone, and that sucks. They sort of apologized and refunded my money. Good: I'm letting you know. They will "probably" stop including those alarming cards. Now something else: 50% of these sticks require a tool to open them. The package is two long, facing sections that enclose the sticks via an adhesive. The package opens at the top where the adhesive is supposed to stop short of complete enclosure, leaving maybe a sixth of an inch without adhesive so you can get fingernails between the two sections and peel the package halves open to free the product. Adhesive all the way to the top means scissors or such are required to cut the packaging, which aren't always available when traveling. I'm not trying to get another refund. I'm trying to tell you that there be bugs in this product that they need to address. This is a good product not ready for prime time. This is Dilbert. Get it together, PaleoV.
I hesitate to try new products purchasing online for a reason. I purchased the bone broth collagen and the product doesn't mix well for me as paleo valley claims. It's chalky and clumps up, even using a frother, despite temperature of liquid. I was busy with moving and didn't pay attention to the automated subscription and they sent me more of the product that I didn't even like. I tried to return it and in the return process, you're having to pay the expensive shipping to return it (as I also paid the shipping to receive it). So I just wasted money to give a, new to me, product. Disappointed in the return policy, won't be buying supplements online from them any longer.
