My daughter and I enjoy the chocolate bone broth in our morning coffee. In May, I had ordered four bags in a promo deal and also subscribed for a monthly delivery. At the end of May, Paleovalley emailed a notice of the first automated payment for 4 bags. I emailed a request for a monthly two bag order instead. Everything was corrected rapidly, customer care was top notch, and I was informed of each step in the process. In addition, they asked for a private rating so their service can improve. I couldn't think of anything except "Thank you and keep up the good work! "
We enjoy the meat sticks. Convenient for on the go and great way to get in more protein. They are tasty without all the junk like other sticks. Down side of a lot of their products that I would like to have tried is known allergens Like nuts.
It's nice to have a meat stick that has real flavor and don't taste like salty leather love the summer sausage and venison like how they make them with fermenting them staff easy to work with I'm a pain in their rear end cause I change my mind alot thanks y'all keep on making them!!
We decided to focus on improving our health. There is not enough time in the day to look into everything. We are relying on Paleovalley to do the research, and we have been very happy with them. Paleovalley is giving us the options, ingredients, and advice that we need to eat better, increase energy, lower blood sugar, and get the brain firing faster (really need this one).We started on New Year's Day 2025 and haven't tried everything yet but so far, we really like:1. venison sticks for breakfast (awesome with grape tomatoes, no hunger for hours)2. electrolytes to prevent those awful toe and calf cramps in the middle of the night (tried lemon lime, orange, and watermelon) 3. Tumeric - we already used a different brand but switched to Paleovalley to check them outAfter 6 months, we are experiencing much better energy, weight loss, healthier skin and hair (had dry skin during the winter and scary hair loss which has returned to more growth and better texture), and more focus and less grasping for words, if that makes sense.Customer service has resolved any problems.We're happy.

I was hesitant at first to try their products because I didn't want to pay a lot for something no one in my family liked. I use many of the Paleovalley products including the beef sticks, bone broth, bars, electrolytes, golden milk and beef tallow. I’m always looking for products with the cleanest ingredients for my family’s health and wellness and Paleovalley by far has the best ingredients and they taste delicious. I’ve converted many of my friends and feel great about recommending such wonderful products. Their customer service is also excellent and I love the recipes they share! I really like this company, their products and customer service. I enrolled in a subscription for their meat sticks since everyone in my household seems to like them, and they are very reasonably priced compared to purchasing similar products at the market. I will definitely try other products from Paleovalley in the future.
My first order was flawless and arrived without issue. My second order (I needed more after consuming the yummy first order of Chicken sticks), arrived one package short. I contacted Support through e-mail and they promptly replied and shipped the missing part of my order.
