Review Time
Sent a parcel 48 hr tracked, was accepted and scanned at Post Office 6 days ago but nothing since on tracking. Rang Royal Mail for help, was put on hold and told they currently have waiting time of over 10 minutes, waited and got to 16 minutes then just hung up. Useless.
Delivered my parcel prescription lenses to somebody else’s address , and what annoys me the most is the person who has received the delivery would clearly have see it was not for them but have not had the courtesy to send back or send to me as my address clearly written on it. But the most incompetent thing is the pic the delivery person took for proof of delivery just shows the bottom half of a front door white in colour , like the hundred other doors on the new estate where I live. Disgusted. Not even worthy of one star
The app doesn’t have a street for me. But if I put one in to permanently sort my preferred options it’s an unacceptable edit. So I miss deliveries when not warned and then have to wait 2 days to set up a one off delivery option. They seem proud of app. It doesn’t work in rural locations. They actual delivery on alternate weekdays works but Saturdays and most parcels are rubbish.
Appalling service I purchased an item off ebay and it was sent by royal mail parcel force. The delivered my parcel to a same road address in Ashford Kent. By my address is in dover and says so on the label. What a useless firm. I would think the person concerned can't read or its the case don't care. Why do firms use this Appalling firm
Repeated late deliveries, many times they state they've attempted a delivery but no one was in when I've been by the front door for all of the day. Just blatant liars and screw ups. If you are using a courier service use any one else please. They cannot be trusted
Shocking tracking and delivery updates. Missed delivery although my neighbours were clearly at home. So it was reassigned for the next delivery day. Emails showing delivery due but nothing happened and the latest info is its still going to be delivered hours ago.. I really love staying in waiting for the no show deliveries. I used to rate the Royal Mail above all but over the last few years it's taken the long held mantle of hoplessness once held by companies like Hermes. I actually dread seeing I've a parcel coming from Royal Mail. Can't blame the drivers or postman it's the morons that run this shambles that need to be held to account. 0/10 rating
I'm sick to death of you a lot now you send me a message to say my parcel will be with me from 10:50 to 250 and now it's automatically gone up to 6:50 pm. What is wrong with you? How are you so awful now? What has happened to you? You can't even deliver letters anymore. I paid 750 to get a letter sent registered. You lost it I had 50 quid worth of documents that I had to pay to get printed and you lost it. It had to be at a certain place by a certain time and I trusted it with you which was my mistake and I lost it. You lost it. You lost it. You lost it and you don't deserve the Royal title at all. absolutely despicable this is a non-service. I am never using you again. I am going to Yodel or every and that hurts me saying that trust me you cannot be trusted with anyone's mail or passports and parcels! Don't email me again and make me waste my whole Saturday a precious Saturday. You've just stolen off me thanks for nothing. You are so awful that while I write this review using voice text I always check my grammar and punctuation after. I can't even be bothered because you don't deserveAnd I'm appalled because I filled a an online form to say when to deliver if I wasn't in today, which I am, but just in case, you're not even going to try to deliver today, you've decided just to come on Monday!! That's not what you said...if there is no one in when we deliver today, we will leave in a safe space and coz I said under no circumstances leave my parcel unattended, coz yr lazy couriers are dumping parcels in communal area, I chose a secondary date, rather than you dump it today, but I was fully expecting my item today, it was due TODAY with my other stuff, but you just decided to make me wait 3 more days, for no reason!!
